I’ve had the food here once, but a handful of other times I can’t even bring myself to walk in the door. I would show up around 8pm, and the staff are lounging in the dining room. A couple times they even had mopped the floors or were in the process of doing so. Keep on mind it shows they close at 11. The one time I did make it in, the body language was garbage but the food was passable. Every other time I just park outside and consider going in, but just wind up looking for somewhere else to go. Last thing I want is staff that don’t care about their job handling something I will consume.

Every time I go to this location they either don’t spread out the meat/ veggies to where it’s all in the middle and none on the sides and when you ask them to spread it out a little bit they totally disregard what you asked, or they are just really rude and just slamming stuff together. I will not be coming back to this location, I’ve never had a bad experience at any other subway.

I got 4 subs they were all wrong, when told they said that the toppings weren’t on the receipt and when showed they remade them. However the remake was still wrong they still left toppings out which I payed extra for. Don’t recommend this location at all, not worth it.

Store was dirty. Glass was dirty. They didn't have any fresh bread. I asked for Italian bread and they only had whole grain and white. I usually get all veggies but I had to leave out the lettuce and tomatoes because they were browning and looked bad. They didn't have 20 oz drinks in stock in front area. Chips were also down to a few choices . Manager has all her belongings on a table in the dining area phone, bank bad, and papers. Very unprofessional. I would never go back to the Pat Booker in live Oak location. Definitely not what I expected at this location.

Very nice place inside, but the food and the service suck! Almost out of tea, and they were out of some of the vegetables. One of the guys was on his cell phone and then made a sandwhich!!!!

Ordered $40.00 worth of food. ALL of the sandwiches were wrong, bread was doughy literally can pinch the bread and pull it up. Worst Food order I have ever received. One of the sandwiches has NO meat. Definitely will not order from here again. Called spoke to manager whom seemed like she could care less bc they were “busy”.

It's Friday evening and I walked into the store at 9:40 PM. Our say, they are open till 10. The minute I walk in the dude behind the counter says they're no longer serving and they're closed. I asked if his Clock was different than mine? He said doesn't matter we didn't have anybody so we decided to close early. Well, last time I come to that subway ! I was going to order for five people. Raising Cane's now will get my business.
