I placed my order online. I didn't use the app or doordash. My order was missing a 20oz drink. I called and a gentleman answered stating that I could come by and get the drink. Considering that I had it delivered, I did not feel that I should have to do that. I requested a refund of the $3.20 bottled drink. He then stated it would be showing up as a credit in the subway app. I informed him that I didn't use the app,he then hung up on me. The level of customer service shown is HORRIBLE.

This has to be the WORST subway I've ever been in! It says they close at 10 pm, we arrived at 730 pm Sunday evening, and there was one worker and no customers! We placed our orders, and my wife had to ask for fresh meat due to the one on the sandwich. It looked old, dry, and discolored! The guy working behind the counter was NOT friendly at all! Then we said it was for here and were told the dining area was closed for the night? Yet they don't close until 10 pm? So we had to take our sandwiches and eat in the car! This place should rethink their training program and food handling procedures! We will never go back to this location, and my suggestion would be STAY AWAY@

Rude African American man and Caucasian female. Closed up the store before closing time and told us we were only allowed to order 1 sandwich while there were 6 of us. Sign on the door and Google says open till 10. Terrible service, terrible employees and terrible management.

It was the typical subway but the food was fresh. The guacamole was brown so didn't get it. The person beside the counter was kinda short with us. I know they get busy but I thought they should at least greet us.

I wish I didn't have to leave a star at all, the place was hot! Veggies and lettuce were wilted, brown, and pink! Service was rushed and very unfriendly much like the vibe!! The windows over food and workstation were filthy. There's no excuse for this, never again!

Everything was "out" or very low stock. They didn't use the measuring cups to scoop the chicken and shorted us. Had to constantly ask for "more lettuce" "more pickles" "more mayo". You can tell they didn't want to refill the containers so they were trying to be extra stingy. Don't go here.
