This was the worst experience of food I’ve ever had.i spent over $30 and that was $30 more than I’ll ever spend there again. Tacos cold, shells old. The hot sauce was hotter. Very very disappointed! Hate to say it but I live close and will make sure that everyone I know has full knowledge of my experience. Had to put a star to leave a review or it would have been none.

I have been eating tacobell for 20 years, long time consumer. It was the worst experience I ever had at any tacobell. I went with my family for lunch (dine-in). It took 45 mins to get my food after ordering. After placing order when the food didnt arrive for 30 mins, when I went to check with the staff, the team members/shift manager kept on ignoring me when I asked for updates. Since we were getting late, I requested if they have not started making the order if they can cancel the order, the guys ignored me & said they are training right now. The drive through wasnt even busy during this time. Worst experience ever!!!

Cant really anything about service, there was no communication just handing the food and thats it.
Worst service I have ever had! I understand being busy this is no excuse to be condescending and rude! The fact that my 14 year old picked out how nasty the MANAGER was speaking to us through the drive thru says a lot! I decided to go inside just to be stopped by the customer in front of me to tell me she heard and would have gone inside the store herself. It’s sad how you can have a GREAT experience many times just for ONE BAD SEED to ruin it for everyone! And he made sure to call me “sweetie” at the very end to ensure I knew he was being condescending.

Ordered through the app. Picked it up via the drive thru. Have to navigate the app to find if there are any deals, otherwise it was simple and worked well. The employee helping us at the store was an older gentleman and he was very nice, easy to understand, and wanted to make sure our food was correct. It was and we went on our drive. Food was good. Exactly what we were expecting. It was a nice experience today. Thank you Taco Bell.

This location is by far the best of the other taco bells in my area (on nacogdoches rd and on pat booker rd.) The food here is delicious, the staff is welcoming and efficient, and the eating area is clean and comfortable.
