I’m 5 months pregnant and have been desperately craving a Baja Blast Freeze for DAYS. Today, I finally pulled myself together and drove to Taco Bell, belly and all, only to be told the machine was “down.” A LIEEEE. You mean to tell me that in the middle of the day, your most iconic, ice-cold, sweet-and-sour gift to the pregnant community is mysteriously not working?!
I sat in my car for five full minutes and cried. Actual tears. Then I dragged myself over to Dairy Queen and got a Blizzard that was so bad it made me miss the fake promise of a Freeze even more.
Taco Bell, do better. My unborn child deserved better.

Cant give less than 1 star. Was called stupid by the manager for asking for T3 saying thats not how taco bell menus are set up only kfc. Lady i havent had kfc in over 10 years. Then proceeded to charge me $16 for a burrito A dorito loco and crispy taco and i didnt even get my burrito.

On Sunday February 16th around 2:45PM I went to this location and what I ordered was a Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito with extra steak, which is supposed to come with steak, red tortilla strips, nacho cheese sauce, chipotle sauce, sour cream, and rice. Also, the tortilla should have grilled with a three-cheese blend.
What I got instead was a burrito with very little steak, beans, cheese, lettuce, red sauce, and sour cream. No cheese on the tortilla and burrito was not grilled.
I was too tired from work to go back, so I'm just not going to this location anymore. Also, the dude at the drive-thru window seemed to have an attitude.

This TB location used to be my favorite one to go to. The food was hot, and it came out fast.
I am not sure what has happened in the last 6-8 months to make this place abysmal, but for a lack of better terms, it sucks.
The order times have slowly been ticking up but today reached a breaking point. We ordered when we were 15 minutes from the location, thinking that would be PLENTY of time, but we were wrong. Even AFTER we arrived, we waited for 45 minutes and were still foodless.
After asking an employee where our order was, they said our order was being prepared next, then proceeded to make half a dozen other orders instead.
Fed up, we went back to the counter for a refund, and while I understand that the employees are not in charge of mobile refunds, they were completely apathetic and only said “I don’t use the app, the manager will be here at 4.”
My family and I will not be coming back to this Taco Bell likely ever again. I’ve put in for a refund + response from management. Ridiculous.

I have arrived to the store and there was 2 employes at front desk, no One said hi to me or offer to help me, it was like i was invisible, then both go hide at the kitchen, a few minutes later One girl came out from the kitchen and another employe came from outside bye the Main Doors enters the store and they both kised in the mouth in from of me at just a couple steps of ghe front counter, while i was waiting to be served (still no One ask me anything)

Went thru drive thru today during lunch and a simple mistake by one young lady who originally took my order went left as one item that I ordered for a coworker at the window and paid for wasn’t given to me when I left the drive thru
I arrived back at work 3 minutes away and realized the burrito wasn’t in the bag I immediately called the store and a lady who answered was rude upon me trying to explain what happened I tried telling her that I had just pulled off from the drive thru and it could’ve been confirmed by the young lady who took my order that it wasn’t placed in the bag.
She rudely cut me off because I’m trying to explain their mistake..so I went back to the store and went inside where she Ms Zo as I found out her name upon arrival she didn’t talk to me so she sent the cook from the back to help me and he admitted to fixing the burrito that was special made to order minutes ago
Ms Zo wasn’t done again not addressing me she asked the cook to ask her staff who was on break did I receive the item and she said no..
I wasn’t there for a refund or any confusion. Again just wanted my coworkers burrito that was paid for minutes earlier and was treated as if I wanted free food and not paid for my order as she kept referring to a receipt..
I myself am in the business of Professionalism and Customer Service and if my services are bad I don’t get paid..
Zo was obviously having a bad day but they weren’t busy at all
She refused to help me but helped the customers as I was leaving..Management definitely needs to have a talk with her
Because I’m in a building of over 200 employees and we cater to their store frequently we place big orders at this location again because it’s convenient.. but customer service goes a long way and her attitude towards me as a buying customer was rude and unprofessional at all levels
Had I matched her rudeness I would’ve been looked upon as the aggressor however I remained calm.. but I would like for management to talk with her about Customer Service immediately before she gets hurt or worse with a nonchalant attitude

They didn’t give me my paid for food.. and she sent the cook to speak with me after she was rude on the phone prior to me coming back to the restaurant!!
The manager has given me and my boyfriend a hard time for now ongoing three years and I don’t understand his problem, but the nighttime manager really has some beef with me and my boyfriend. Every single time we go through the drive-through, he incorrectly makes our order and it’s only when he is there is our order wrong Coincidence? I think not I hope somebody looks into this guy. I don’t know why he’s so angry all the time to be disrespectful to customers like go find another job.

I have been here a few times. But since they started serving the tostadas again this is the 2nd time they have done this. So today I got it for my daughter and when I got home she opened it and showed me it. It's like a ice cream scoop they didn't even smear it. I called back they didn't have Mngr there they said. They didn't seem to think they did it wrong. They did replace it when I went back. But come on. The lady who gave me my replacement rolled her eyes at me. The store Manager must not care abt this store.

Absolutely horrible. Ordered 2 beef chalupa combo and was missing a chalupa and then the one I did receive was chicken. Not to mind you the other combos I ordered came with things on it that I specifically asked for none of. Also it took like 30/40 minutes to receive the order and it wasn’t even hot, it was room temp/ cold. ridiculous

Older brother ordered 4 reg. bean n cheese?burritos, 2 with extra cheese ($2.78each), 1 burrito?supreme ($5.89) and 1 nacho bell grande and the reg. bean n cheese burrito seemed bigger than the burrito supreme and there was barely any beef in it.
Went and showed it to the man that prepared the? burritos and he said that the burrito already had (some) beef in it. Barely any!
Worked for Taco smell many years back and do not believe that the fast food chain will go out of business if they teach/tell the employees to be generous with the ingredients when preparing the food rather than to insult their customers and give them a $0.67 burrito and charge them $3.00 for one.
Vowed to not buy food from Taco smell anymore.

This is THE Taco bell. Every time I order here my food is correct, the employees are efficient and so nice! I will drive out of my way just to go to this tbell. I am a saucy girl and they do not skimp on my sauce. I damn near cry everytime I pull out the sauces because they actually give me what I asked for and they do not skimp. If I could give 10 stars I would. Chefs Kiss!! Gordan Ramsey would be proud.

Did a mobile group order and spent about $70. By the time we sat down to eat we realized we were missing the cinnabons which were like $8 So we finished eating and went back to the store. When we got to the store the drive through employee stated that they had to have been in our bag because they were sure they made them and stated there was nothing they could do because their manager said so. They then proceeded to shut the window in our face before we could even say anything. Their manager never came out to talk to us and so we paid $8 for nothing. No refund or remake. I was very taken aback when they basically told me that i’m lying when I drove all the way back after spending so much money. Horrible customer service
