Everything was wonderful. Mom and I had the chicken fried steak, salad and baked potato. No complaints here. My son had the new York strip and he ate it so quick I'm not sure if he tasted it. Dad had the ribs and they were falling off the bone. The Rolls are my favorite and they were hot and fresh. Our server was great and attentive. Lovely experience.

Zero stars. Waiter was never around. Food was cold and the steak was dry and flavorless. Absolutely worse location. Spent $80 for poor service and had to return some food because it was hard. Manger didn’t offered a discount or refund. Last time going there. Looked delicious but mostly fat and flavorless.

Service can be slow because this place is crazy busy. If it's your homies' birthday, bring them here and make them sit on the birthday saddle. +10 points for singing in a scary metal voice. 🤟 Make them earn their presents with embarrassment and good food!

Food (2 steaks) took over an hour because of a technical error in submitting the ticket. This did not include our wait time. We had to track a manager down and they explained what happened but did not offer to make it right. Food was super salty and the steaks were thin. $70 for two ribeyes and 2 non alcoholic drinks. It was gross too sitting near the bar watching servers handle and touch everything then stick their bare hands in the drink garnishes and put cherries and limes in the drinks and serve them. Our appetizer plates had bits of leftover food on them and we had to request new ones. Server didn't even say sorry about that.. just took them and brought different ones. Used to like Roadhouse but this experience was not pleasant. Still perplexed how it cost so much for the quality of food and service we received.
