Grew up with this place One of my all time favs. And yes it is better then In & Out. Not hatin' on I&O I like them too. But I give What A Burger the edge.

A very close disabled family member went in to order food today, and some costumer laughed at him. The workers didn't even did anything but laugh too. Is this what they do to disabled costumers here? Can't believe what they did Such disrespect 😤

Ordered fries and sweet tea of course got a have the sweet tea. Sweet tea was delicious but the fries were old and soggy and even had some that were not cooked. But the tea was great.

This whataburger always fail me. Its the closest one to me which is why i always go here but food is always cold and its literally only 3 mins from my house. Cheese is NEVER melted! Ive had this problem at least the past 4 times i ordered here and i probably order every 2 weeks maybe. I used to work at a whataburger and i remember my cooks were always making them fresh but it seems like this place always has cold patties. Its honestly starting to make me dislike whataburger because the food does not hit the way it should.

Waited 25 minutes for my food just for it to be the wrong order, waited 25 more minutes to finally get the food I originally ordered. Bumped it to a 2 star since the lady threw in 2 apple pies for the inconvenience. Just go to a different one 😮💨
Edit: Nvm , 1 star they still forgot my medium fries 👎 Edit: the apple pies were the worst apple pies I’ve ever had from whataburger, and they’re literally my favorite 😔. Awful food, awful experience, I stand by what I said:Go to a different one
