Staff friendly but when I received my order I couldn't leave the drive thru had to wait for other people to get there orders 10 minutes. Also the burger and fries where cold.They don't cook your food when you order it..I t sits around in the back

I can't believe how much this company has changed ..I had the slowest service I've ever experienced..I'm not one to bash food companies buy 20 min to get your drive thru food when there's only a few vehicles in line is absolute lack of management not the crew. And I get my #5 meal I ordered w out drink due to being on motorcycle.the fries were stale just a lack of someone not scheduling the correct amount of team members...

These guys have been outstanding. Everytime I fall asleep in the drivethru they never call the cops. They simply tap on my window and let me know that I'm about to coast out of their parking lot into oncoming traffic..Thanks guys

This WB is chill AF and i really appreciate the social vibe. But the mobile app is lacking here like all the other WB. My apple pies were not in the order and i had to drive almost 20 minutes back :/ but the manager was cool, the 1st trip lady was nice and even teminded me to check my drink taste bc its color seemed off.... but apon ariving at my friends house to paint. No pies. Soda was fine though. Howecer.... my fries are cold now ? shoulda been GIFTED 2 extra complimentary pies. But they were super friendly and nice so i wont leave 2 stars. 4 stars for the sweet lady worried about my soda, and the chill manager who was apologetic.

Worst experience at a whataburger EVER. First order was messed up BAD. Brand new steak house burger..smashed, no onions even. Whatsized it, small and cold fries. The second burger in our order was suppose to be on a brioche..see the pics. Terrible..they SMASHED a toasted brioche bun?! Is someone having a bad day? I paid for this..what?????. We had our order remade and it was even worse. They demanded we return the food which isnt legal. Said they wouldn't remake or refund unless we drove all the way back and returned food. Both "managers" were cold, rude. Shoved the "remade" order is my husbands hands .not even an im sorry for the inconvenience. This is NOT the whataburger i grew up with. Im done with this. Wow.

Ok let's get into it. Waited what seemed like forever for my order in the drive thru but when I finally got home n opened it up I found: cold, soggy, fries, cold, old looking chicken, salty gravy that looks old, and flat, syrupy dr pepper. The only thing that was decent was my Texas toast and the onion rings I ordered on the side. Y'all can't have people waited that long n bring old cold food out. Do better pls I normally love this location

Came to get dinner thru the drive thru and was very detailed on what my order is. Had to repeat myself numerous times. They weren’t even busy I was the only car. When I get home more than half my order was incorrect and missing items they have no problem charging me for. When we called the store manager she/Christina didn’t do a damn thing to make it right. May just have to a Stick with burger boy instead!!!!

This location is consistently late with their orders. Ignore what the app tells you, you'll be waiting for at least 30 minutes and your order will probably be wrong.
