Food was good...it always is. Cashier & a couple other employees weren't friendly at all... that never really makes for a comfortable situation. Both of us ordering were missing fries that should've come with our order. The atmosphere was just basic, normal. There was a TV on & it was nice they had a Christmas tree up. Our wait was longer than expected, but we like the chicken so we dealt with it. Hopefully a better experience next time.

Girl with the weird hair cut had us waiting for more than 20 mintues at the counter to order even glanced and looked at us standing there. No one else stepped up to take our order. I work in the food industry and I know customers come first before anything.

The girl that took my order for the drive thru was rude. The chicken and okra must have been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. The chicken was dry and the okra was hard . I just threw the food away.

I had lunch at this chicken place today, and I was extremely impressed. Quick and friendly service, Tender, perfectly cooked chicken, and all the sides were equally delicious. Keep up the good work!

Got 2 tiny tenders and 2 normal sized ones. They used to throw an extra in if there were small ones. The mashed potatoes tasted like they sat out all day and were cold. Other than that it was alright.

Jessica was absolutely rude and disrespectful tonight in the drive thru. When questioning the total, she not only rolled her eyes once but twice but not before cutting me off from trying to ask a question. The young man who gave me my order was absolutely respectful and courteous. For a family who spends hundreds of dollars in that store monthly, we will not be back if Jessica is working.

I am not from Llano, and I was passing through to get food. The food was fine-ish. The jalapeño poppers seemed like they sat there all day, which is crazy considering I waited over 10 min for fresh chicken. That's not why I'm leaving the review, though. ACCORDING to my reviews account, I don't like leaving bad reviews unless I have to. The ladies that work there..... for the love of everything good, I would think about getting different jobs because you seem absolutely miserable and it shows when you talk to customers.
