I am not sure what is the best part of War Trail Spirits, the people working here or the bourbon and vodka. I had the whiskey flight and subbed out one to try a Vodka. I had the pleasure of listening in to the mixologist talk about vodka to a couple tasting vodka at the bar. Everyone was welcoming, knowledgeable, and passionate. The drinks were phenomenal. Do yourself a favor and make your way to Llano and visit War Trail Distillery. Try the Ancho Vodka!!! You will not be disappointed.

We were there in the spring, it was a great experience with some excellent vodka, I really liked the pecan vodka. Hope there still making it when we return next spring.

We were in Llano for the eclipse and stumbled across the distillery. They were so pleasant and accommodating. Excellent service, excellent drinks. One of the most enjoyable experiences I’ve had in a long long time. They made the whole eclipse thing an extra special experience. Kudos!

The vodka available for purchase at various stores throughout Llano is better than other vodka you can get in the Hill country.Plus, it's distilled here. It's not private labeled wholesale vodka like Tito's.Served chilled, it goes down smooth AF.
