Yes, in this tiny little town, I had the best pizza I had for years. They do pizza right by heaps of cheese and toppings, not bread! While everyone else props their crust, the bread, Piccadilly Circus Pizza puts the focus where it should be, cheese, cheese, and more cheese. Delicious!

My family and I was at the marble arch pizza hut branch, and I have to say everything was really poor from waiting 20min to be seated tried to get one guys attention and was not interested and said you just have to wait. The salad bar was awful and disgusting...the actual branch itself was really dirty, hygiene was terrible. Pizza was ok quite cold the chips where like they where from the day before and very little for the price.they stopped doing Garlic chilli oil which I wasn't too happy about. Staff where not bothered very claustrophobic in there, never going there or any other branch for that matter ever AGAIN not worth the money at all. If I could give it 0 star I would.

Popped into Leicester Square Pizza Hut after a busy day in London. Staff were excellent, friendly, and really accommodating. We had 2 buggies and they insisted on helping us carry them down the stairs to our table. Food was nice and tasty as you would expect

Went for lunch and enjoyed the food and greatly appreciated the friendly efficient staff. We were offered to sit downstairs or sit at a smaller table at ground level. The staff were obviously working as a brilliant team.

Unacceptable, 50 minutes waiting for a pizza. I left the restaurant because it never arrived. Before that, the waitress told me “only 5 minutes more”, I waited 15 more.

We travelled down from Edinburgh to watch the fireworks on NYE. Booked the Pizza Hut as we were wanting a good fill up before the main event, our dinner was fantastic. Everything from food to the service was excellant. Thanks for making our day in London even better!

Came here for lunch pre theatre. Not too busy when we arrived, but soon after we sat down there was quite a queue outside. I explained I need Gluten Free and the waiter was very helpful, pointing out my options. He then pointed us to the salad bar for starters. I had the chicken and onion, and my wife the Hawaiian. Pizzas were hot, and looked delicious. Having seen other reviews of this restaurant, I am more than pleased how our visit turned out. The restaurant takes “Tastecards”, therefore we had both meals for the price of one, £13.29, a bargain. Only disappointment for me was toilets, that were full of small flies, so lucky we ate first or I may have gone elsewhere. This needs to be addressed as soon as possible.

Place is not clean and the food badly presented except the pizzas. Had a bad stomach for 2 and a bit days after a visit there. Would not go again.

Why have Pizza Hut stopped taking cash? I get paid in cash why can’t I spend my hard earned money in your pathetic pizza restaurants? We was in the branch with our kids and your pathetic manager could not give us a valid reason why they not accepting cash. You could imagine how disappointed our kids were. But your manager and her staff didn’t care! You have no right to discriminate someone wanting to spend their hard earned money by cash in your restaurants! You need to teach your staff in this store to have a wash and wear clean clothes when serving customers. Your manager needs to be retrained to have answers for customers questions. I will make sure me, my family and as many friends possible boycott your company for good!

What a terrible experience. We decided to go to Pizza Hut after a wonderful time in London only to be very disappointed with them. We went to the Pizza Hut on the strand in London. Having to wait ten minutes before a member of staff to even notice us then to sit down order our food. About minutes later after ordering our food got told the oven was broken. We then had to find out we’re the other restaurant was as was just left sitting there. We then went to Pizza Hut in Leicester Square. Worst thing we ever done. Was sat down in a corner by air conditioning and Salad bar. Order food from staff. Glasses for re fill not as clean as should be. No ice in machine so drink was warm. Pizza was oily and salad bar was full of dust and unclean. Partner spoke to manger who didn’t really care and tried to say they had cleaned the area when they hadn’t partner even took photos. Manger was rude to partner and trying to intimidate him. I had vomited and staff didn’t care. Worst place to go. Would definitely not recommend this place.

Awful experience! Staff treated me and my best friend like crap cause we’re both deaf and have a disability! Won’t be coming here again!! Avoid!!

We went there during dinner time so the place was full and the staff was slightly stressed. However, we were served quickly and the waiters came to check on us regularly. There’s an unlimited salad bar and an option for bottomless soda! Everything needs to be ordered and paid through a QR code, but they have free wifi. The food was very nice and for a reasonable price. They have changed manager and he was always there helping the staff and the costumers when needed!

Not only did they send 2 pizzas that were not GLUTEN FREE as I am Celiac, they refusedd to put this right and blamed it on the driver which, is insane as they got the toppings right but no the base. I will never order from here again!!! after speaking with 2 managers one being a very rude lady I refuse to ever order again
