This place needs to update their hours to their convenience as it is. Sign on the door and on their website clearly states they open at 9, yet at 9:50 they have folks hanging out in the store with the doors locked. If I could give a thumbs down I would. Do better.

Danni made our sandwiches. She was so nice! We had a really nice experience at this location, and all the ingredients were fresh and fully stocked. Marge was helping when we were there too. My mom and I met at this subway because it's between the towns we live in.

There is a girl there that has red hair and wears glasses, she is always rude and hateful to anyone that walks in the building. How does she still have a job there? I don't think I'll ever come back thanks to her.

Another great Subway location. Clean and smelled great walking in the door. Cashier was professional and friendly as well. Great sandwich.
I think this is the best Subway! Fredericksburg, Kerrville, and Burnet Tx just don't care anymore. These are great people working here, too! They still care here in Llano. And it's about the only place in town where you can get a good, affordable meal that isn't fried. I was super disappointed to find them closed today, Tuesday, at 3:10 pm. They need a couple more terrific people working here. I hope they find them. Maybe I will apply! :)

Ordered a footlong The Boss, extra capicola, extra mozzarella, double protein from there and a pack of six cookies through door dash. First they tried to refuse to give the dasher the cookies for some unknown reason, charged me the full price, refused to put the capicola, mozzarella, or double meat on there. The whole reason I used doordash is I am disabled and can not drive, and they're over an hour's walk away. I was told "Either come get your money or not, I'm not going to talk to you" and they hung up on my face. Wound up getting a partial refund, not even enough to cover the missing items, via doordash but frankly that's not doordash's fault. Train your employees.

Typical fast food restaurant operated by high school students. The restaurant is clean and tidy. The service was fast. The portions were appropriate. The service bar with the ingredients was neat and clean.

Drive across town for my first trip to Subway in Llano. Sign on the door says "Late Start Today." Worker saw me, looked right at me, and turned his back. A late start occasionally is understandable. The problem is that the sign could say, "I'm sorry for the delayed start today. We value your business and we'll see shortly." Something more respectful to customers than "too bad!" The worker should have come to the door to apologize and offer some explanation OR don't stand there where people see you and just turn your back. It's rude. Later I discovered NO COOKIES today. Don't advertise the cookies and not have them! This is also disrespectful to customers.

We don't do "fast food" very often. My daughter was craving a meatball sub. Never been to this location before. The employees were so nice. They engaged with my 10 year old and made her feel like her choices mattered. The staff deserves a raise. The place was clean and organized. I'll be letting people know this location is lovely.
