I love to try new BBQ places while traveling. We traveled through Llano on the way to Austin. We stopped here because we have never eaten at this restaurant. Wow I am glad we did. It was amazing. I had the potato with brisket. My whole family sampled it and we all loved it. My husband had the sausage wrap and liked it also. The younger ones loved their brisket sandwiches l. The prices were very reasonable and the portions were good. The family running it was so helpful...
I came to Llano with my boys from camping this weekend and knowing that Llano Texas is a birth place for great Texas bbq I had to check the places out! I found Tomlinsons! Larry and his wife Marlene have outstanding Texas bbq!! I would recommend stopping in worth every bite!
After hiking we needed to refuel and wanted some good BBQ. There was a few larger places along our route just past Tumlinson's, but we wanted to support a small local BBQ place - and we're so glad we did! The food was FANTASTIC, and the staff was very friendly. 10/10 would recommend and if we ever find ourselves in the area again, we would go back!
