my friend and I bought cans of sweet rose wine with notes of watermelon . We got them back to our Airbnb, and they tasted like something was wrong with them no flavor and rotted. I have a picture the bottom of the can says packed February 2022. I went in this morning to return the. She called the owner because she said you cannot return liquor. I said you sold me an out of date product that is not my fault. They wouldn’t even give me a store credit for merchandise or take them back. If you go online and google as well you’re not supposed to drink anything from 2022 past 18 months of canning we’re talking this is three years past date horrible service will never ever go to this place again and I visit Fredericksburg every 4 to 6 months they could at least give us a store credit for something else . We have 2-4 packs money down the drain .

I was a member of this winery for many many years. Had many good times. I only canceled after the death of my wife. I revisited today for the first time in about a year. Front desk staff was different and very rude. We left. On the way out, noticed a young child, maybe 2-3 years old, sitting in the back seat of a running Tahoe in the parking lot. The car had been there about an hour, having arrived shortly after we did. I notified the desk staff, and the manager, Rhonda and Shelley. They indicated it was the child of a member who visits frequently, and they ‘checked’ on the child while in the car. The staff was completely indifferent. They brushed me off. I indicated I would call the police, at which point the mother instantly came out and retrieved the toddler from the vehicle. I should add, the vehicle had an LISD parking permit- indicating it was associated with a school district.

I cannot support an organization which condones this behavior- a mother inside drinking wine while a child is unattended in a vehicle, with the full knowledge of the establishment. For shame, Fiesta.

My first time visiting this Fiesta winery location, and my first time trying their wines in about 9 years. The location is big and very picturesque. They have a lot of wines to try, so there's something for everyone. Some were good wines. Some, not to my personal taste, but I enjoyed trying them, regardless. It made for a fun afternoon. Worth the visit if you're in the area.

This location is spacious, beautifully decorated, overlooking the vineyard and surrounding planes. The management team is fun to be around and very knowledgeable. They have wide variety of wines, however we are partial to the Texas High Planes Sangiovese, which while being quite light, carries a significant punch in terms of spicy fruity aroma and lingering aftertaste, both very pleasant. Also recommend other reds: Mourvèdre, Tempranillo, and Tannat. These are usually served chilled to 65-70 degrees, however try them a bit warmer, it might surprise your palate. Hot wines of hot Texas ;)

Wow! Beautiful winery in the back country of Central Texas. We stopped in while camping in the area and had a blast! Food was really good and the wine was delicious. Customer service was absolutely fantastic! Not to discount the view of the vineyard. They had live music that day which took the afternoon over the top. We will be coming back!

A little slice of Texas heaven in the middle of no where. Great outdoor patio and dance floor. Good spot for a wedding and photo shoot. Would be great to catch a sunset here. Frozen margs are good for being made from wine.

We visited on our way to Lampasas. We did a wine tasting and found several of the wines to be very enjoyable. Very pleasant setting. Lots of space for kids to run and play. Beautiful views. Would stop again.

A beautiful Vineyard with seating outside to enjoy the views. While it was too windy to sit outside, we enjoyed a wine barrel table inside. Cheryl greeted us with a smile when we arrived. Cheryl was our server on a previous visit as well and is very knowledgeable of the wines. We look forward to our next visit and recommend Fiesta to wine lovers and those just learning their tastes.
