I don't usually rate places so low, but we didn't have a good experience here. They didn't have much of the menu and the things we did get didn't taste right. The only thing that was good was the chicken. The okra tasted old and the Mac n cheese tasted extremely bad.

Prefer the Hewitt Dr. Location. Kids in Lorena schools get coupons for free kids meal but this location IN LORENA won't honor them....crazy.

I went through the drive thru and was immediately met with an employee. She took my "odd" order and brought me what I ordered.

Ordered a 6 peice with fries. After taking out money, they proceeded to tell us they did have rolls or gravy abd that they didn't feel like making more. As a Lorena resident, I'm not going back ever again. I may even contact Kyle Bush with regards to this horrible customer service.

Stood inside by myself for 5 mins. People that work there (and there were at least 6) didn't talk to me, even though they looked at me. Turned around and left. No one said a word. I wrote the company two separate times asking if it was something I did...never got a response. Can't wait till Bojangles opens.
