Me and family went to the store on SW military drive in San Antonio, DEFINITELY WOULD. NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION WITH TERRIBLE WORKERS!!! Stood in line for about 30 mins while they stood the whole time !!!!!!!! Very unprofessional

We waited for someone to come to the car. No one came. As we were driving away, Gracie opened the service window. So we stopped at the windows. She said you did not have livers so we ordered tender rolls. She got our tea order wrong & she was rude. Someone needs to teach Gracie about customer service!

French fries need to be cooked a little longer. Chicken was nice and hot, but I came at 11:15 am. French fries were undercooked, they were smushy. Chicken was hot friendly greeting & nice atmosphere. Got the two piece fried chicken, a wing and a thigh.Nice and hot.

Bush’s Chicken in Belton’s management is horrible. Food is sub par, I think the health department should stop by. Management has ghosted several employees I knew instead of firing them. Why eat there?

I don't usually rate places so low, but we didn't have a good experience here. They didn't have much of the menu and the things we did get didn't taste right. The only thing that was good was the chicken. The okra tasted old and the Mac n cheese tasted extremely bad.

Prefer the Hewitt Dr. Location. Kids in Lorena schools get coupons for free kids meal but this location IN LORENA won't honor them....crazy.
