Sooo disappointed. We stopped last Saturday. We waited 10 minutes to place our order-there was no one else waiting there. Then we waited another 15-20 minutes to get our snowcones. We ordered 4 medium basic flavor/no additives snowcones. When we received the snowcones, the top part was delicious. Once we got down past the rim of the cup, it was all white. Just snow/ice. No flavor. So disappointed.
