When you were a kid and you went to the local pizza place it was a treat. That is what Pizza House is.On Valentine's Day I called from 200 miles away and ordered pizza for my parents. I was so happy that they delivered. The person, a Gentleman, answered the phone. He was polite and efficient. I told him what I was doing and he dealt with my order in a very kind way. So many people answer the phone with a rushed attitude, not this man. Thank you. I wish I had gotten his name. He is a good employee.My parents received and thoroughly enjoyed their Pizza. My parents eat here when it's in their budget. Went tonight for the first time. Located on I35 in the same center as the dollar general. We did carry out. My wife got the mushroom and extra cheese on her half. I had the mushrooms extra cheese pepperoni onion and jalapeño. It was fresh tasting and the right amount of sauce. The crust was homemade. I really enjoyed our pizza and it was very good. I can't wait to return for another pizza. They have several speciality pizzas including a hamburger pizza w pickles and ketchup mustard base w hamburger ingredients. They also have a baked potato pizza w tater tots ranch bacon chives etc. All in all a great start here. The owners and staff were extremely friendly and service was very good. The hours are afternoon and evening only. It is set up mainly for carry out and delivery but there is a small amount of tables and a heads up there isn't a public restroom. But the pizza was very good.

This is a well established business in Lorena and is a valuable employer of school kids. I usually get my pizza delivered. The last two times that I have ordered over the phone they have gotten it wrong. The pizza crust is burnt and I only got half of my order. I will not have my order delivered anymore if I order from here again.
