This evening after working all day, then going grocery shopping, I went by Sonic to get us something quick. I took the food home and was very disappointed that the crew would send food like what I received out to anyone. I ordered 2 number 3's all the way, one with onion rings, the other with tots. The onion rings and tots were so hard from sitting under the heat so long that they weren't edible. The 2 burgers were cold. The employees need to be trained and/or disciplined. Totally unacceptable

The burgers here used to be so good but I went a couple weeks ago and the burger tastes just like a school burger. Meat had perfectly cut edges like it was cut with a cookie cutter and then boiled. I see that they also have a smash burger now, maybe you have to order that to get a real burger. The rest of our food was good.

Stopped here while traveling down I-35. Our kids loved the playground and had a blast getting some wiggles out after hours of driving. The staff were also very friendly and courteous, and the food came out hot and exactly as we ordered. We really enjoyed our stop and will definitely stop here again the next time we are traveling this way.

Best Sonic in America - We day saff is absolutely awesome!
This place was in need of an upgrade. Food was overdone. End up throwing half away. Onion rings were teeth breakers. Fries over cooked.

Food came out in under 5min. Which was strange, and when we got home, found out why. None of the food was correct! Yeah they were all burgers, so it was partially correct. The burgers had the wrong toppings. No substitutions were made to the burgers there ordered directly from the menu.

I enjoyed coming in to eat inside. It was very clean and the employees were very friendly . You can also donate your used athletic shoes to the Lorena School. What a wonderful idea! It made my trip down memory lane very memorable. Thank you and God bless you all.

I love this Sonic 😭 we stopped on our way home from the Waco Zoo and now plan to stop here each time in the future. Quick and friendly service, very clean patio seating and clean playground equipment.
