Jalisco was sooo good. I got tacos, my wife got flautas, and my son got tamales. The food was well portioned, hot, and delicious. The pineapple water was very tasty. Service was friendly, and courteous. I will definitely re-visit next time that I am in town. Arlon F. from Arkansas

This restaurant has got to be the one with the Worst customer service in the valley. They will Never greet you with a Good Morning or a smile in their face, they answer the phone saying just "Jalisco?" and that's it. They never say Good Morning, What would you like to order or anything nice to make the customer feel welcome. Looks like they are always in a bad mood specially one of the the younger females, been a customer for years now cause the food was okay, untill this past weekend when the Menudo had a weird smell and the meat was very dark and had a rubbery texture. We decided to call and let them know, the lady after explaining the Menudo was okay, just told me to take it back then just hung up on me while I was still talking, so rude!

We liked to go to Arnies on occasion. Our food was great as usual but we won’t be going back due to server and our bill. We saw they had wing specials last night posted outside before you went in, we ordered a SIDE salad, 10 wings and a 1/2 order nacho. when we got our salad we asked if the salad was a side salad because it was slightly larger than the usual. It could have been the plate. Server just smiled at us. My bill was 48.00. Last night our server got it all wrong. At register I asked again about the salad. She apologized she had a chef salad wrung up. She still charged us 9,99 for a side salad. Then the wings were 11:99 when 10 wings at $.79 should have been average $8 bucks. Still charged $11.99. She said the special was different from the menu 10 wings. The bill was still $40 that I paid. Wasn’t going to dicker back and forth. Sad, they just lost our business!

La comida es muy buena, pero les faltan meseros almenos tener 2 una mesera no se da a basto, tuvimos que limpiar nuestra propia mesa y 15 min para un café. La comida tardó más de 20min. Como dije la comida es buena pero si necesita más personal.
