Didn't even get to eat here. Took my grandmother for her 85th birthday with my family and we wanted to move some tables together. We were yelled at "we don't move tables!" And the lady pulled the table while we were trying to put them back. Not sure why being rude and yelling at your customers was necessary. Needless to say, we left and had a much better experience up the road at Doña Carmen's. Go there instead. Much nicer, better atmosphere, and amazing food

This is my second trip to Angels in los Fresnos. I wanted to see if they had consistency with their food and their staff and the atmosphere so two times they’ve pulled it off outstandingly. I highly recommend as you drive from Port Isabel, or the island to the highway stop by Angels and have a great meal meal.

Angeles Mexican Restaurant is a very clean and very wonderful restaurant where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner with your families too. The service was very excellent and the food was very delicious too.

I have aten there twice, the food is good, service is friendly and the prices are fair. The restaurant appears to be very clean. It did have a negative review once for expired stuff in the refrigerator by a local TV station. But I am sure this has been resolved, I recommend it.

This restaurant was great and I really appreciated the outstanding service. The food was delicious and the owners couldn’t have been more pleasant. I would recommend this place to any new comer.
DO NOT EAT HERE...They advertise things on the menu, that they DO NOT SERVE. The service is slow. The fat lady is RUDE AF‼️ and the place has gnats flying around. If I could give this place a -0 I would.

At first I was excited about eating here. Once we sat down to order, it seems like everything we ordered from the menu wasn't available. The person that waited on us failed to mention this when placing an order. We were missing dishes, orders were wrong and I even found a dead knat in my hashbrowns. This place wouldn't bemy last option if I was starving to death. i'll eat rocks before I return there.

Poor customer service. Waited 9 minutes. No acknowledgement like hi we will get to you. Worst part, it was not busy. Wanted to try local.

Service was fast and courteous. The 2 meals we chose were not so much hit or miss, as much as home run or strike out.Machado plate was excellent. Eggs perfectly done, machacado very flavorful, delicious beans tasty hash browns.The menudo was the strike out. Way too much chile cascabel and not enough flavoring left it very bitter. The green chile on the side was sliced instead of diced, and even then, not sliced all the way through. Finally, little gray organ of some sort that had no business in the menudo was floating around in there.Menudo is a hard one to get right. Will have to try other stuff and revisit the rating.

Great place for a meal. We showed up a few minutes past breakfast time and without hesitation, the host said we can still order off the breakfast menu. We will definitely comeback.
