Church's Texas Chicken

Went to order an 8 piece wings COMBO and I get home and they didn’t give me my biscuit 🙄. I live 10 minutes away. I was really craving their biscuits. My wings are cold, not even soft and tender. They are hard and hard to chew! My gravy was hotter than my wings.

Went an hour and twenty before they closed and they said all they had was a 3 piece combo and had to wait 30 minutes for anything else. Literally an hour and twenty before closing. Lame

Always have to wait for Spicy chicken every time I come here they’re always out. It’s always a 30-40 min wait for it.

The girl at the drive through window stole 3 dollars from me on my change she was suppose to give me back $7.65 and she only gave me back $4.65, I was in a hurry and just drove off and about 5 miles down the road is when I counted it and realized. Also the tenders where cold and had been sitting out for a while.

It's good but mac n cheese runs out very often .

I got boneless wings, hot sauce style. They were disgusting. Seperate from the holiday flavor, it was straight up tendon, no meat. They made it super fresh though. But I couldn't eat them.

I didn't hear that my order was ready. When I check on my order the staff was we called you in a very ugly additude. Like I should of been listening and not talking to my family additude.

Food not done or good 😕 staff vary loud, front server slow slow to get Food. Someone was going to get wrote up and all that person cared about was money for alcohol, is what I heard in the loud conversation

They never have anything, ready and they make you wait for a long period of time 😡😡

8:10pm and they say the tenders have a wait of 25 minutes because all tenders are frozen asked for regular chicken (dark) and they also say it’s a wait! And the vibe was more like we don’t want to cook chicken! Why be open at this time and not have chicken!

How disappointed is los fresnos churches chicken drive-thru. I was told to wait in the front for my order for 15 minutes and never got my order they even didn't had the courtesy to explain why my order wasn't giving to me. I had to walk inside and nobody had a clue about my order. I even said can I speak to the manager & she didn't even had the audacity to help in my situation I was told that I needed to wait until she had the time for me . I felt so disgusted how I was treated as a customer. I had to ask for a refund because I never got my order. Never again even thinking about going to los fresnos churches chicken . I have to put one ⭐ just to post the horrible experience I had today.
