Church's Texas Chicken

Horrible service every time I’ve come here. This last time the chicken was so burnt it was uneatable. They lost our order (they had to ask for receipt because they lost it). Cashier was rude. Wait time was way too long. Overall, this is probably the worst church’s I’ve been to. I’m a big fan of their chicken and have been a customer for years but they have to do something about their quality of service and food at this branch

Used online app, order was not ready as app said it would be. Customer service has gone down no one acknowledged me. Had to wait nearly half an hour for online order.

First time going to this location they had the worst possible service ever talking to us like we were stupid. Martina or whatever that managers name was needs better training.

I went through the drive thru. The young lady Joeann that's what said on her name take. She was very pleasant to deal with. Her personality was amazing. The food was fresh and service was great. You don't find that much in fast food much anymore. Hats off to Joeann

A very clean, well kept restaurant. I ordered my small combo and special fries and it was promptly served nice and hot! Everything was great, the Tenders were nice and crispy and tender, the biscuit was oh so honey glazed and the Jalapeño poppers were crunchy and just spicy enough! The diet Coca-Cola was so nice and tasty and the mashed potatoes were warm and just the right amount of gravy. A+

Terrible service.. the sad part is that the one attending to our Oder was the manager. Asked him about specials and he ignored us. He was looking at his phone while I was ordering.. the only reason why I continued with the order was because I had an elderly person that wanted fried chicken. Will NEVER return to this specific place.

We got there around 8:20 PM. Fresh batch of chicken was coming out. We ordered the 10 PC meal deal for $19.99. Everything was excellent.

The girl at the drive-thru was very rude to a couple of elderly people. They were asking for help getting a combo meal, and she just stood there angrily, making faces and rolling her eyes. She was incredibly rude. It's not the first time she's been like this. Last time, I asked for a jalapeño dressing, and she angrily threw it into my order bag. She should be fired; she has no charisma.

Horrible management, Manager Marty was rude and disrespectful on multiple occasions. Rude when trying to order. When I asked for her to write her name down she replies “You don’t know how to spell?” and wouldn’t give me a last name. The employees are nice though.
