We always make an effort to have breakfast at Elva’s when we visit the Rio Grande Valley. It never disappoints!! Delicious flour tortillas, perfectly made huevos rancheros, excellent barbacoa, and perfect migas. Can’t say enough about the awesome and friendly service.💗
Best barbacoa I've had in a long time. Moving out of state for a few years made my craving for exceptional Mexican food became almost borderline addiction in need of intervention level and this place definitely produces the fix I so desperately needed.
Very nice staff. Sweet and accommodating. We were looking for a spot to eat as we left the island and this place had wonderful food. They were about to close, but they still served us and were very kind about it.
