Hot but never ready... this location is NEVER ready for the weekend, they already know how busy it gets on the weekends especially during football season. We always have to wait 15-20 for a "Hot and NOT ready" pizza. Poor management I have noticed here. Workers seem always tired. Even if the order was submitted online we come to pick it up and still have to wait. And I am not the only one who thinks this way, this location has many bad reviews and all of them are true and accurate I don't understand why the corporation doesn't do anything about it. They only take our money and mess everything up. Worst location ever!!!

no Mature adults working there pure kids working there none of them take their job serious ordered a three meat treat other two pizzas The time limit on the pizza, it was supposed to be ready had past. Got there to pick up the pizzas just to tell me that they’re not ready. In total of the time had been an hour but everybody that was working in there was having fun had time to be playing around to watch the Cowboys game screaming in the back attending customers like if there was a party and not taking your job serious

This is the BEST pizza place here in Los Fresnos, ignore the people trashing it, they don’t have trained tastebuds, the pizza is CHEEZY, So cheesy it makes you want more, and with or without bacon, its awesome, this place deserves 5.0, if I can give 6 stars I would!

We recently visited Little Caesars Pizza for a family meal and opted for the dine-in experience. The restaurant was a bit busy, so we had to wait slightly over 4 minutes for our table, which made us feel a little rushed. However, once seated, everything went smoothly. The atmosphere was pleasant, with a moderate noise level that didn’t detract from the experience. We enjoyed the outdoor seating with its charming decoration, adding a nice touch to our meal. The prices were very reasonable, offering great value for a family outing. For our meal, we ordered Caesar Wings and a classic Pepperoni Pizza, along with a few other items. The food was delicious, freshly made, and well-presented—everything we expect from Little Caesars.

The staff was exceptional—active, quick, and professional. They were attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed without us having to ask. Free street parking was also a plus, with plenty of spaces available and no hassle finding a spot.Overall, our experience at Little Caesars Pizza was satisfying. It’s a great option for families looking for good food, fair prices, and a relaxed environment.

From start to finish, the service is very slow. Ordered online with a wait of over 30 minutes. Why have a kiosk if it is not utilized. The new Pizza Hut in town will definitely pick up their business if this continues. No hustle. Still in line as I write my review.

Very rude employee taking my order . He is tall curly brunette hair . I was speaking to him and he completely ignored me . He’s getting paid to take my order and he can’t even do that right . Just wanted a pizza and I walked out with the worst mood. Pizza was nasty. 😒😒

There was one instance when an employee was being quite curt and not friendly at all. We waited more than fifteen minutes. Yet somehow, 7 people got served before us (some with multiple pizzas). I don't see how it takes 20 minutes to sprinkle parmesean on the pizza and spread garlic butter on the crust. By the time we got our pizza, it was cold.

I was told it would be 35 minutes for hot and ready Which I suppose to be in stock in the hot rack, you just grab it and walk out and you take it the way they make it, but at this location, you have to wait thirty five minutes for them to make a pizza their way. I stood in the lobby to the right of door. I could see right into kitchen that they were making food using their hands with No gloves on Their entire staff was picking up the ingredients and the dough with their bare hands and one of the male staff was eating their lunch right over the pizza as they were making it. This place has only gone down downhill. Ever since it opened. I had to walk out.I will never go back to this place again. ? ?
