Went to get breakfast and asked for a sausage and bacon McGriddle the meal. For some reason everything got charged separately. Anyways not the point. The point of the matter is what do you expect when you are buying a McGriddle egg cheese sausage/ bacon. Never in my life have I like got just a Pattie or just bacon…… this definitely ruined my morning.

genuinely one of the worst experiences i’ve had going to a mcdonald’s, of all places. seriously, how do you mess up a mcdonald’s? it’s been around since forever and they still haven’t mastered it. sloppy service, they basically scam you out of a refund here. i ordered a frappe and i never received it because the machine was broken so i asked for a refund right? they told me to speak to the damn manager and they said he was busy on the phone. for. 30. minutes. was i supposed to wait or something? heck no, just decided to leave and never return again. also thanks for slobbering mayonnaise all over my sandwich

This location is easily one of the worst McDonald’s in the valley, idk what this location is doing to its workers but something needs to change. On every level it’s a nightmare, mistakes I don’t mind but mistakes with attitude, unwillingness to fix it, and cold food straight from the window ruins this place for me. I try to avoid this location and the island one like the plague. You’re better off waiting until San Benito or Brownsville if you want McDonald’s. I’m sure the workers don’t like being in such awful moods and angry all the time, I blame management and how they run it into the ground.

I went to get a happy meal for my daughter and there system was down around 7:45pm but the sad thing was when the cashier started speaking in Spanish which she was bad at it so I told her you can speak English and then she turns to the other employees and yells I told you she does speak English, I just turn around and left the store because I not a person that want to start something but you do need to speak to your employees about discrimination because they thought it was funny and that is rude

Why do i always have to park on number 2/3 after ordering on the app? Thats why I order it there so i can get it fast!
Never fails! Every time I go and order nuggets they literally ask me “any sauce?” So I tell them which. I get home with my order and there’s no sauces! Why do you ask me if you’re not gonna put them in the darn bag!?

If i could give less stars i would.. my shift ends late and when i come to get food they are always closed for “maintenance” or “detailed cleaning” so they never answer the drive through. I’ve tried ordering online but they even close down the drive through windows to not attend customers.
