App is not available half the time after 11pm for online drive thru.I've gone several times this past week to them saying they were closed around 2am when there hours say 24hours which would be fine if it happened once but it happened 3 times.Lately when they were open late I would receive a completely wrong order and have to wait longer in the drive thru for food.I am more upset about them being closed so often at night. When they promote being 24hours.Dietary restrictions: If you're gluten free you can only get a burger with no buns and per usual if you have Celiac you can't eat here due to cross contamination

This store needs upper management to show up. These managers are not doing a good job. I ordered a big breakfast with hotcakes and they forgot the hotcakes so i called and the manager said for me to go ahead and come back another day and just say to speak to Ashley. Well come to find out there was no manager named Ashley the person on the phone just lied. They made me feel so uncomfortablei just wanted my pancakes. NUMBER 2: Today I went to this location to order around 2 am and as soon as I drove through the lady said "We are closed." I was shocked this is supposed to be a 24 hr drive thru. So I asked why they were closed and she said that "They were deep cleaning." If that's the case put up cones or shut off lights to let customers know. Then I asked what time did she think they would be open she said 5 am. Really 3 hrs to deep clean and not serve customers. To be honest I think they were just being lazy and not wanting to serve customers. If I could give 0 stars I would. This location just is not up to par.

Honestly, this McDonald’s is trash. My husband went in and nobody at the front even acknowledged him so he had to order from the kiosk. Then when the ice cream was brought out, the workers didn’t even bother to wipe the overflowing ice cream from the side of the container. The cherry on top was that they didn’t even give us a spoon or straw to eat it. My husband got the Shamrock Oreo flurry and it tasted like straight up toothpaste. He dumped it in the sink and it wasn’t even mixed?

DO NOT BUY THE CHOCOLATE SHAKES!!!!!! They taste like mildew right away nothing like chocolate, wife got food poisoning, will not recommend. I am a local of LF and u would never catch me their again rather make the trip to San Benito honestly. the rudest treatment from a lady manager with glasses and come to find out they never clean their machines. Only saying cause when asked no coherent answer was given

Normally who rates McDonalds? Well in this case this particular one rates top billing. The young man was attentive and jumped out to help us negotiate the auto kiosk. He then checked to make sure we were satisfied. This is not normal behavior especially up north.
