Had a great time. The tour was fun. The tastings were great. Staff was friendly and joked with me. Fun place to come try some stuff and enjoy drinks.

Super cool, fun atmosphere. Pizza was wonderful, and reasonably priced considering the cost of dining on and around the island. This is my first time visiting SPI and Port Isabel and I will definitely be back to this little gem! Bartender “Slim” was awesome and a pleasure to meet, so friendly and welcoming. Give that man a raise! It was cute watching as he and my 9 year old son exchanged pleasantries.Slim to my son: “I like your mullet”My son to Slim: “I like your mustache” ?You need to stop in at this place!

Went in for lunch and was surprised at what a $12 sandwich is here. Tasted bland, small bag of chips to accompany. That was after I finally could order because the barman was on the phone for so long. The super mini shots, 3 for $3 weren't anything special either. The blond beer was good though. Not sure how this place can stay in business with these prices. It was empty when I went. I don't recommend.

Tasty spirits and decent beer. The gin is hands down the best out there. I’ve been drinking gin for over 40 years and this beats them all. Bombay, Tanquera and all the others. Get over there and sample. They have a cinnamon cream moonshine that ads a nice kick to your coffee!

This is truly one of the best distillery's I've ever been to. Such a laid back and chill place. The owner and servers are welcoming and quick to fix you a drink. Tried the mango, watermelon, apple moonshine, these were all extremely flavorful without the intense burn you'd normally get from moonshine. The pizza is also phenomenal. Overall 10/10

Just stopped in for a second visit. Once again the service and pizza was very good. Also had the mango moonshine and wife had a Diet Coke. This time we had pepperoni and mushroom. Last visit we had hamburger and onion. Both were very good. Service was quick and friendly. Would recommend if near the lighthouse and looking for good food and background music.

We decided to give this place a try for the pizza. With the special (2 topping large and a mixed drink for 11.99) it was very reasonably priced and the pizza was delicious! My husband had the mango moonshine and liked that too! We will be back!

This was our second time here and both times we have had a wonderful experience. We had a meat lovers pizza and a thin crust vegetarian pizza. Both were amazing!! I highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back.

I’ve been to south padre several times and finally discovered this GEM of a place, just across from the island at Port Isabel. Let me start by saying the ambience and organic collection of memorabilia surrounding us was unforgettable, with a nod towards being on an old ship. We met the owner, Jarrod Henry, pictured here in the hat. If you are looking for authentic drinks, not that cheap processed stuff, then this is the place to visit! The day we visited, they had live music, true Texas music. The crowd was relaxed and friendly. The food was amazing, I had the tuna fish sandwich, which was an upgrade from anything I make it home.I was able to sample their homemade moonshine, bourbon and gin. This place made one of the best old fashions I’ve had in a long time. This establishment made me feel like I was truly on vacation. It was unique and quirky. Find a place to park, come inside, settle in for a while and enjoy a truly Texas experience.

We had high hopes for this place, but alas were disappointed...my husband enjoys a manhattan and was pleased to see it on the menu, but said he had a better one at meatball cafe the day before... the bartender/owner did not ask what I wanted when my husband ordered, so I sat there a bit dumbfounded until my husband was able to catch his attention and order for me (same thing happened with 2nd round), I don't recall ever being treated so rudely...we ordered a sandwich and were told to mark the menu, which we did (and saw the bartender take it back to the kitchen) but then after 30 minutes, I asked the person who appeared to be the cook if we would be getting our sandwich soon and he said he had not gotten the order. The eventual sandwich was tasty but skimpy for 12.99...the cook and crowd were quite friendly (as most everyone in this town has been)...the owner seems to need a vacation...

Me and my friend occasionally go to have drinks at this perfect spot right next to the Queen Isabella Causeway! After a long day of work she’s exhausted….Im annoyed… we walk in and automatically she sees this comfy little chair in the entrance and decides she wants that cushiony, comfy, lonely chair They don’t seem to mind that she prefers that than the hard long bench and for that we will always go and enjoy us some drinks and pizza at our favorite place! Drinks are Bomb, environment is relaxing and the pizza is cheeeeeeesy!

We had the pizza and seafood pasta salad. Everything was delicious. My husband had the Maple old fashioned. I sampled it and that was also very good. Service was good also.
