Me: Grabs coupon and entered store. Immediately asks worker “I want to use this what is it good for?”
Worker: Grabs coupon, looks at coupon, and tells me what it’s for.
Me: Orders the options he provides based on the coupon. Sole purpose of going. I’m strapped on cash and have to get back to work.
Other worker makes sandwich. He scans coupon. Asks manager for help. Not expired coupon but says he can’t take it. I told him that’s why I showed it to him before they started making the sandwich. The incompetent manager says oh I don’t have my glasses.
Now tell me, why would I show him the coupon first and ask him what it’s good for and order exactly what he says only to end up not taking the coupon. If you did not take the coupon, I would’ve gone somewhere else. Not wasted time and money on a sandwich that literally tore apart because it got stuck to the wrapper. Not surprised after reading the reviews now.

The subway in Los Fresnos has always let me get water for free, but on this day my friends went in just to get water ,but the manager has always been greedy with the water for some reason he threatened us, shouted at us, made faces at us, kicked us out of the store , and more than ever discriminated my African American friend's, he always makes faces at them and kicked my friend who was just resting on the benches they have inside, someone please change this behavior.

Damn... 3rd time this subway ruins our dinner. I ordered through the app and I guess they make your sandwich the way they want. The bread was wrong, there was mayo on all the sandwiches, no green peppers or spinach in any of the sanwiches.... but they mayo ruined it cause non of like mayo. 3 times in a row they mess it up.

Absolutely do not ever order delivery from this store. They will pack incorrect items, unwrapped items, and missing items and then not take accountability — it’s not worth having to double back to get the order corrected. Rude management.
We were traveling and stopped for sandwiches and restroom. Very efficient and friendly.

Would not honor a Subway coupon as written. They decided which sandwiches they would exclude and include regardless of the way the Subway coupon was written. They make their own rules.

I was very disappointed when I wanted to use a coupon for my order. I was told that the coupon was only good for a limited amount of sandwiches. I ordered a tuna and turkey and I couldn't use it for neither one. It was a changed just made last week. They didn't even wait until the new month started to make the change. People are in need of some kind of break in prices to be able to enjoy a simple meal. Totally disappointed.
