It was a no for me as soon as I saw the employee swinging his arm over the meat to wisk 3 flies away.
I placed a mobile order before closing and ordered 2 footlongs and a footlong cookie. When I picked them up, the person told me that they had turned off their ovens and that I would need to heat up the footlong cookie at home myself. Initially, I didn't have too much of a problem with this, seeing as I could easily do it myself with my air fryer and didn't want to make a big deal. However, once I got home, I realized they didn't mention to me that they only put lettuce, tomato, and spinach on both of my footlongs when I had ordered more veggies for both of my subs and this individual I guess couldn't take the time to read what I was requesting on each footlong and just wanted to close. Both subs were also cold and didn't bother to heat up the meat with the cheese or toast the buns as instructed, so now I have two footlongs that are cold and lack flavor. This all occurred June 14 before closing, which the app advised me to order before 9:30 pm. due to the store closing at 10pm. I'm guessing they wanted to close earlier and chose to do my order with little to no effort. Truly awful

Had a very bad experience with the employee who works there. This employee with long hair and dirty looking....... make our subways so depressing for 20dollars and all he had to say was its a flat bread. No professional work ethics at all. Was rude and could not even offer a refund. Was more interested in defending his work and not helping or resolving the issue with "customer". Don't go to this subway inside walmart. Never had to deal with this kind of person. Should not even be employed there if he cant even meet the standards of customer service. How sad the manager can't even answer his or her phone when calling. So upset. You the Manager should always be able to answer the phone or be present.

Owner is getting greedy with their portions and coupons. Paid $12.11 for the combo #33, just to get a veggie sandwich. Barely any meat in it. Very disappointed, won’t be going back for some time.

This Subway in my opinion has poor management. The Toaster Oven is alway down and their ICEE machine appears to never be functional. They cant even keep Simple stuff like lids for your drink in stock.
Worst service there. Ordered online was gonna be ready by 3:50 got there at 3:55 man there said he had just gotten the order but was too busy in the back

Just left there and the rude guy said they were closed. The hours posted says from 10am to 7pm. This is the third time we have been turned away during hours that says they are open.
