When I walked into this store last week, I said hi to my friend that works as a cashier, and I ended up overhearing what I assumed to be the manager on shift make a disgusting racial remark against me involving the N word. This cannot be regular behavior that is accepted by Golden Chick staff. When I left, I went to their competitor KFC. Much better place to spend your money and time

I'm always out searching for the next best fried chicken joint out here in North Texas, and I think I found it (until I find the next one, that is!). Very small joint but boy oh boy, the chicken here is fantastic. I tried the 3 tender combo, spicy and with fried okra and a dinner roll on the side. Gotta say, the tenders were fried to perfection, crispy on the outside, moist and tender on the inside. The okra, also breaded, seasoned and fried to perfection. The spicy option is essentially spice powder sprinkled onto the finished chicken tenders. Don't get me wrong, the spice powder does hold quite the punch, but not so much that it overshadows the delicious chicken and steals the show. The fresh brewed sweet tea, also fantastic as it is refreshing. Great balance of taste and sweetness level. Not bad for $10! As with any fried chicken place, fried food is best enjoyed on the spot rather than take-out. I'll be back to try the rest of their menu!

I always have a fantastic experience at this location! The staff are incredibly kind, and I've consistently enjoyed a great meal every time I've visited. The 3-piece fried chicken meal is definitely a winner!

First I ordered regular wings and they gave me spicy wings, then when I came back I found this in my box, a hair strand! I also ordered roasted chicken and it was severely undercooked! I will never come back here ever again, I had to got back twice, I also had to wait 10 minutes for my food, no one else was there, no one was inside, no one was in the drive thru. Just ridiculous, and this is the hair I have in my head it can not be mine!
Almost always a great chicken meal. This location has had a bit of a rough start but I think if the new owners work on attention to detail this place should be stellar.

Went into golden chick today like usual and was shocked when I was told they were out of everything. The manager working that day told me that the owner is really cheap and didn't order enough, so instead he gave me this. I would come back again to see this manager and thank him for the best chicken ever.

Well I came from working in the heat and was hungry and thought you know what ice cream sounds good, well out of all golden chick they have the machine but not this place and was told the owner is cheap and didn’t care to have one. Also the place was really dirty and food everywhere on the floor and tables not clean. If you are running a fast food you expect to have better service and cleaning.

Food is okay. But they're slacking. Orders come out fast but they're wrong and then they take forever to correct them.
Ordered 2 piece golden roast with a side salad and a bottle of water.
Received it with no salad, no ranch. Got coleslaw instead.
They also don't have hot sauce, or lotta zing packets.
