Their ice cream is really good. It's so soft!
It didnct knock my socks off, but it's my friend's favorite dessert place and it was pretty good.

I visited the Lucas location today and the Peanut butter cup soft serve made my toes curl up 😋 my wife had the strawberry shortcake Italian ice/soft serve I know it was delicious because she didn't speak the whole ride back to Lewisville 🤤 we definitely recommend this spot to any and all Italian ice and soft serve lovers 10 out of 10
Clean, friendly and very kid festive so get your photo op in I did 😄, fast service and oh yea the ice cream soft and the Italian ice great combo and the graham cracker crumbs took my short cake straight to the bottom of my tummy... I'll definitely be trying other flavors

I ordered on the app and when I got to the store, the flavor I ordered wasn’t available. They told me they’d be able to make the flavor in 20 minutes. It took over an hour to get and I was never once updated. I have worked for this company and I know it doesn’t take over an hour to make this ice. the store wasn’t busy whatsoever so I don’t really understand. I would’ve just appreciated some communication. once I got my ice, the flavors I chose weren’t even correct but at that point, I didn’t even wanna deal with it anymore and was over 30 minutes away when I got home. Don’t appreciate my time being wasted, Will not be returning to this location.
