Our first time here. I'm a huge Italian ice fan from way back so it was nice to find a place that catered to the nostalgia. Was disappointed that plain lemon is not a staple flavor as it is the epitome of Italian ice but the custard was a nice add. Staff was eager and friendly but had no knowledge of the rotation schedule. I'm hoping they come up with more flavors and we will be back.

Traveling and never had been to any Jeremiah’s and the staff was very helpful and patient. I tried something out of my comfort zone but delicious.Kid-friendliness: The staff was smiling and patient to the kids with parents before I ordered.

I love their ice cream and always used to go to Mckinney location, but now I regret going to Jeremiah's new Lucas location . Terrible service, a bunch of teenagers are working and just focus on their phone and not paying attention to the orders. I am not going back to Lucas location. Mckinney location is always the perfect location with great customer service , although it's far from where I live, but it'll be worth going there.

Fair warning to others, if you come here and like to get pup cups for your dog, it could be deadly! I received one laced with bits of chocolate, good thing I noticed before giving it to them!

Came in and loved their treats! The staff was also above and beyond friendly! We got soft serve and Italian ice rootbeer. So yum!

Didn’t have a great experience at this location. I asked for a small S’mores Flavorite and it wasn’t too good. It would satisfy your sweet tooth but taste nothing like a S’more.To top it off I went though the drive thru where they ran out of small lids so it was leaking everywhere in my car. I asked if it could be put in a medium cup with a lid that fits but they said no and just offered a ton of napkin. Now I’m going to have to get my cat cleaned because every where is sticky.Wouldn’t recommend this location or S'mores flavor.

The ice cream was good but unfortunately the service was terrible, and the girl taking our order was flat out rude. I don't need anything crazy, but to at least reciprocate when I say "hello" and "thank you" instead of glaring daggers at me the minute I walk up to the counter.

Jeremiah's Italian Ice is worth the trip, even from Rockwall! Their desserts are truly unique and bursting with flavor. The friendly staff make each visit feel like a treat, and the service is always fast and efficient. Whether you're craving a refreshing Italian ice or indulging in their creamy soft serve, Jeremiah's never disappoints. We've only been twice, but we're already planning our next visit. Highly recommend making the trip for a delightful and delicious experience!
