Extremely great customer service and got my order out quickly. I did not catch the employees name but she went above and beyond. I ended up getting the Iced Lavender Cream Oatmilk Matcha and I swear this stuff is addicting. So addicting I had to come back again to get another one ?. This is my regular Starbucks location and I'm a Pink Drink girl but today I wanted to try something new so I asked the barista to get me anything without coffee and for it to be sweet and he gave me the Pumpkin Caramel Chai. I believe his name was Patricio. Best drink I've had besides my regular. Will definitely ask Patricio for another surprise drink in the future.

Yall suck. How can y’all not read the order ON THE LABEL. How do mess up orders on both the app and uber eats. This is the worst location to do online orders. Because someone there obviously don’t care because yall are purposely messing up orders. This is elementary level reading. If you don’t like your job then please quit.

I recently visited this Starbucks location, and I had a fantastic experience. The cleanliness of the establishment was impressive - everything looked spotless and well-maintained.The staff were exceptionally friendly and always had a smile on their faces. Their warm and welcoming attitude made me feel right at home.The atmosphere inside the store was lovely. It had a cozy and inviting vibe, perfect for catching up with friends or getting some work done.What stood out the most, though, was the lightning-fast service. I barely had to wait for my order, and it was served with precision. This efficiency made my visit all the more enjoyable.Overall, I highly recommend this Starbucks branch for its cleanliness, friendly staff, great atmosphere, and speedy service. I have been to several Starbucks locations from Seattle to LA, to AZ, airports and in-store facilities. NONE have compared when it comes to customer service at this Lucas store! Hands down the employees and managers are absolutely the best! They are kind, welcoming, caring, and some even go out of their way to put smiles on my girl's faces (messages on their treat bags or cups...so sweet)! They know us well and also are quick to fix any mishaps. Chandler, Kevin, Zoe, Julia, and so many others there show that they love their job! I enjoy the food and drinks for sure, but the stars are really for their service! They keep a clean facility and take care of store! Well done!

They didn't even bother to stir the sugar in my latte. I ordered an iced coffee, which comes with classic syrup, and it was missing in the drink. Horrible.In response to your comment, if the baristas didn't even bother to do the basic thing such as adding the correct ingredients or to stir the sugar, what makes you think if I ask them to remake them that they will not do it again? The lady who took our payment was super friendly with the people in front of us. When it was our turn, she was dry. Train your employees better, teach them to treat everyone equally, like that they will actually do the drinks right.

last week i visited this location i ordered a venti drink with "light ice" and was handed a drink with extra ice, ive worked at a coffee shop for years and understand that mistakes happen and i was most likely misheard so i took the drink and went on. however i visited again today and ordered a drink with "extra light ice" to avoid the issue again, yet i was still handed a drink with ice top to bottom. it's sad to have to pay the full price of a venti drink and barely get any drink, so i let them know that i had ordered it with light ice hoping they could simply take it back and remake or fix it. when i spoke to the barista about the situation she blamed me for having ordered it in an incorrect way and told me that i shouldn't say extra light ice if i don't want extra ice? after explaining that this was an issue even when i hadn't said used the word extra as emphasis, i was still spoken to as if this was completely my fault and out of her control, and that she would not fix my drink. i really don't care that mistakes happen, but to be spoken to in such a demeaning way is just not fair for the situation whatsoever. i think her name may have been cher, but im not positive, but this was the first and most shocking treatment i've been given by a customer service worker.

Absolutely the sweetest people!!! Even when it is super busy, everyone is so sweet with smiling faces. Drinks were made perfectly and in a great timely manner. Definitely found my new go-to store.
