Older manager is verbally abusive and demeaning to staff. Visited with church group and this poor worker was being berated and abused the entire time, I had to calm my children down because of how upsetting it was.
This same manager allowed over 10 cars to leave the drive thru with NO ASSISTANCE. If you're the franchise owner, I would seriously reconsider who you have as your managers. Check your cam footage, you'll see just how much business they drive away.
Needless to say, I will never return. Over 15 people witnessed this same experience, safe to say you've lost all of them.

Had an order to see that was quickly remedied by the staff. Great service overall visit was wonderful.
Normally it's fine but they literally just gave me an old burger... The bun is hard and stale and it taste old overall, just got it 5 minutes ago and took one bite. I've worked in fast food before, just lazy y'all 😔 and I was really hungry too

Walked in this location just before 4pm 5/3. We ordered a jr cheeseburger a junior cheeseburger deluxe no onion or mustard. Before I could even walk to the beverage dispenser our order was on the counter. In literally less than a minute. The deluxe cheeseburger was cold along with the cheese. I brought it back up and they made a new one but that was not hot just warm and it only took a couple of minutes. My daughter who got the jr cheeseburger ate hers. It was cold but she hadn’t eaten all day. She also got a 6 piece nuggets that were cold and dried out. We were the only customers in the dining room so God only knows how old the food was. Eating out is too expensive to service crappy old food! I am sure you are only allowed to “hold” food for a period of time before disposing of it. Do better!!
