I visited Wingstop Chicopee MA today and I was not impressed at all. Tenders very stringy and chewy, piping hot fries that were floppy and soggy not very appetizing. My one and done! I say they have the worst quality tenders and the ranch and blue cheese dressing taste alike, both are just watery and nasty. Banquet brand chicken is about the same level as this!!! I want my money back!!

Delivered half my order. Tried to blame the driver. Then when i went to the store they lied. The driver showed up and said they only give him 2 orders. They were rude the entire time!

Wingstop Happy Valley rd in Phx Arizona is THE WORST. I was so excited to try them for the first time ever. Ordered online, drove up there and arrived at 48 mins after I placed my order as the email said the wings should be done by then. A clueless worker said it could be another 20 mins or 40 mins. I’m not really sure. Asked to get a refund, the manager was too incompetent to complete a refund. Will have to dispute this charge on my credit card. my first time trying Wingstop and I didn’t even get to try it, but I WILL NEVER BE BACK. Do better

Well second time going to Wing Stop in GB. I was not impressed the first time but tried to give them a try again. We were missing part of our order and then look at this raw sandwich. We are done and will never go back. Please check your food before you take a bite unlike I did. Picture in comments

a friend of mines card was ran for extra things like Lyft, Shein and Uber Eats after they provided their card information over the phone to pay for an order. this Happened at the Abercorn location in Savannah GA.
Ordered on a busy football Sunday. Food took a while but was fresh and delicious no complaints.

Bad wings was uncooked and no flavor at all I ordered lemon pepper wings combo. I ended up trashing the all food. Soo disappointed its was my first time and last time never again ?

Picked up wings and fries don’t know what happened but extremely salty!!! I called to speak with what was supposed to be a manager…. He was very rude and said bring food back in for a refund….. I brought back in the food… he only refunded the wings and not the fries !! Terrible customer service! Has already gone down poor quality and service. I will never go there again. So sad people don’t care about the customer anymore. Sad
