We had breakfast this morning and the Barbacoa was excellent and exceptionally flavorful and fresh. Menudo was a 10! The tacos were made on homemade tender flour tortilla, a little thick like your mom might make and the green salsa had the perfect amount of kick. I had a Lupita taco and everything blended well with the right amount of cheese. I had a carne guisada taco and hadn't had that flavor with exquisite taste that reminds me of my ancestors. Service was excellent and they were very helpful and eager to talk about the menu. Definitely a place you need to try that might otherwise be overlooked from the outside appearance.

We absolutely love Azucenas. Their migas are superb as are all of their tacos. The atmosphere is laid back and they have the sweetest staff. I’ve missed a restaurant in Austin since we left 3 years ago. After trying others locally, I prefer the taste of home. Azucenas brings that to our community.

The tacos are bland and the service is horrible. They don't know the difference between poached eggs and boiled eggs. They tell you one price and then charge you a difference one. Don't waste your time or money here.

Drove by & saw a line for the drive thru which naturally peaked my interest. Made a call to the restaurant while I was waiting at the drive thru to help with the flow of the line building behind me. I was helped by a friendly woman & my tacos came out hot, fresh and DELICIOUS!! I’ll definitely be returning.

Service is good but the food is not worth the price. Used to eat here all the time until they raised their prices. Decided to stop by for breakfast tacos and paid $3 each that hardly any beans with half slice of bacon and the tortilla tasted old. We will not be back, there's plenty of other options in Luling
