this has to be the most unfriendly DQ I've ever been in. sropped in coming back from Corpus. Tables were dirty. staff acted pissed off and could care less if they waited on you or not. they were out of caramel, which canceled out 3 things I would have chosen. I settled on something else. Took 15 minutes or more to get two blizzards. Save your money and go to Lockhart. It's a Mayfield DQ they have high standards, and it shows in everything they do.

This Dairy Queen location needs to be shut down , first off every employee is rude and have no customer service. They show up out of uniform in sweat pants and tshirts, they are drunk or high the entire time, they do not greet customers and they hide in the back . They never come to the counter to take orders, I have caught them countless times smoking out back while customers inside are waiting to order but no one is inside. The manager Diana is completely incompetent and allows her employees to do whatever they want. They leave their shift early without having coverage.night shift is always short staffed and their attitudes are horrible . I am not the only one who hates this location.
Two orders in 2 weeks were incorrect. A 1# all the way with cheese and mayo.....the burger only had mayo. 2nd order tacos with onions and a 1# with cheese, mustard and pickles......no onion, no cheese and 13 fries. 13! Where is the problem? The person taking the order of the person making the food? Check your orders. Even if they get it wrong, they won't make it right.

I taked out,and spacificaly told the girl that we have expierienced lame lettuce all white and pale,and make sure the lettuce is all green and fresh. She stated OK will do that,but we got our burgers home to eat we already noticed all lettuce was white and pale like they did this purposely because I said something has been a problem. I took back the burgers and showed them this and no one person showed sympathy at all they all acted like I'm the problem,it's a bunch of young kids untrained
