After being in Houston almost 10 years and eating at the Luling City Market off Richmond I was shocked to learn that neither it OR the city market across the street from this location have anything to do with this establishment OTHER than the fact that they are both a knockoff of the Original Luling BBQ right down to the sauce. Food and service are BOTH better than the other two and I won’t waste any time going to the City Market in Luling after going here.

We were traveling to Austin, coming from Starship launch in South Padre Island, and was hungry. We were on the back roads going thru small towns that only offered local dinners. We stopped at Luling BBQ in a small town of Luling TX. It was right off the HW and hour from Austin. It was in a red building. When you walk in you order at the counter.
