I was there the day k Thomas Henery below was there. And she came in with attitude. The pizza machine had messed up for a minute. It takes about 5 minutes to do a pizza. If she would of been civil and listened like the rest of us customers she would have known that. But she threw a fit over her personal pizza. One pizza. They offered her money back but she acted like a child. I give this pizza hut 5 stars and service 5 stars .

Went on my lunch break And they told me it would be 10 minutes... Went in to get my pizza and they had burnt it or whatever they told me it got stuck?? Ruined my whole entire lunch break! They didn't apologize and obviously could care less & asked me if I wanted my money back.. Terrible management, terrible employees... The worst Pizza Hut we've ever been to. We won't be back!!! Trust all these reviews before you go in. They need better management and better employees and the employees should be more professional This is ridiculous!!!

I place my order 20 min before arriving.When I got to the parking lot it said your order is ready.When I arrived I gave them my name and they said it was not ready to give them 30 minutes.The cashier was so rude.She also said that they have a lot of big orders before mine.I have never ever received such poor service.Don’t even waste you time at this location.

Food has been delicious each time we.visited for 3 years. Forget the wings though, as there are.more like chicken nuggets from the grocery store, frozen. Still, it is Pizza Hut so they are excellent on their main dish!

Worst pizza of my life…dough was still raw. Cheese not even melted. 40$ for a medium and three one $ sauces.. and I wanna say this Pizza Hut is 3 miles from the hotel I was staying at they would not deliver. I had to order DoorDash and they delivered for that. Are you kidding me?
Staff seemed frustrated to have to attend their customers, food was extra greasy and by the flavor of the sauce it was clear ingredients were low quality. All tables had empty parmesan cheese bottles and when I asked for cheese the front end staff answered with we do nit have due to distributor did not had it available. I even asked for the to go envelopes to what she responded they only have one option and it would cost me an additional fee. Is just insane you go to a pizzeria and they do not have the most common things a client would ask for. Bathrooms had no soap and were very dirty.
