Had to wait 15 minutes for pizza to be done but it tasted delicious. Staff wasn't all that friendly but I have seen worse so I will give them a passing grade.

Its been okay for the past 2 visits. The server was hilariously bad, making up prices, forgetting everything. Never checking on us just sitting on a stool hiding behind the counter during the stay.The pizza our last visit was very soggy, as soon as you picked it up it slumped over both within your hand and over it, was gross but the flavor was okay.Very messy as a result

Stopped in to get supper. Employees are sitting and laughing. The waitress nodded to us to sit wherever we like—- all the tables and carpet were dirty except for the 2 tables that had customers. We waited to see if she would offer to clean any.. then had to tell her — no tables were clean…???!!! She cleaned one off and wiped it down. Never dried it.. left it wet. Finally I had grab some napkins to dry it off.. NOT one employee cleaned any of the tables during our supper. Very poor management. No one takes pride in their jobs anymore. On a good note, Pizza was good and fresh. however upon exiting at the cash register. Noticed not one person wore gloves while handling food prep? Disappointed in the whole situation. Do better!

I would like to update my review based on my last visit. My pizza was as ordered and ready on time!I’m disappointed with this Pizza Hut. I ordered online - arrived 5 minutes after my order should have been ready and they forgot to make something and said it would be right out- it wasn’t and I got a refund for the cinnamon sticks. I’m giving a 3 for the incomplete order and our pizzas seem not to be cooked all the way. They are doughy in the center.This isn’t the first time this has happened. I hope they fix these issues.

I like when I'm able to take my time to order from the comfort of my home. When I get to the store my order is usually ready and I don't have to wait long. My food is kept at a good temperature and by the time I get home the food is still hot and taste delicious. I enjoy ordering for my family and friends and seeing the deals available.
They didn't have any ranch! How does a pizza place run out of ranch????

There is no welcoming feeling when you walk in. Employees don't smile, they barely acknowledge your existence. The back of the computer screen has at least half an inch of dirt on it. Imagine how filthy the things the customer cannot see must be.

There were only 2 employees working at lunchtime and they were probably overwhelmed. They were courteous and quick. We tried the new Melts and they were perfect. Will definitely be back

Witnessed an employee pulling a long hair out of a product storage container as I was paying at the register. Another employee whose attention was called to the situation, (a manager, I believe) snatched the hair out of her hand in order to hide the situation.Most of the employees seemed to be ready for shift change.Some other stuff too, but those are the big points of discussion.
