We do drive through takeout. I really like the flavors. Large portions and delicious. Well worth stopping.

The service has gotten so bad here it's a shame I really liked this rusty over all of them but today they just messed up left and right I made a online order and nothing I ask for was ready so what is the purpose of having online orders if they can not follow or have them ready properly. They made me late for work I had my order scheduled for a 6:30pm pickup it was ordered and paid for online why I get this in the picture instead and had to agure for that because the little girls want to have an attitude about something they messed up and then to end it off I still did not get my biscuits!!! Terrible customer service and no hospitality at all!!!!! NEVER THOUGHT IT COULD GET THIS BAD HERE WITH THEM BEING A CHRISTIAN BUSINESS!!!! So no room for the picture but I ordered 2 breast meal with a biscuit and 2 legs with a biscuit got no biscuits and no breast and cold fries and okra after me explaining yes I would still like my meal that was my supper for my 12 hr overnight shift!! But of course they are teenagers with no respect or care!!!

Was very disappointed to arrive after ordering online to be told we would have to continue to wait for chicken to be cooked. However, it was alright, I understand they can be busy.
Then, one of the young ladies working came out to let us know they were out of okra. On all four of our meals, we ordered okra. We selected a different side and then still had to wait for our food.
After about 20 minutes, our food was brought out and we drove back home. We live just over 10 miles from the restaurant and was deeply upset to realize the side of slaw was not given and we were missing a breast from one of the four meals. Very disappointing.

Rusty Rooster, you are the best ! The worker's are the best! The fried chicken, fried pickles, roll, tea and funnel cake fries are the best and taste so delicious. Everyone must eat here. You must! God bless!!!

Universal experience is exactly what I got when my son visited this establishment to pick up some chicken for our family when we were in town. we ordered a 20 piece two sides a very small container of gravy and a small box of fries and I felt highway robbery when I received my receipt with a total of $75 for 20 pieces of chicken. The wait was also extremely long. This is absurd when they say high prices I’m gonna think of your chicken establishment super highway robbery prices do not recommend if you are on a budget to visit this establishment.

Universal experience is exactly what I got when I got my receipt. $75 dollars for 1 side of mash 1 side of Mac and 20 pieces of chicken. I was very disappointed in the price because the only thing that tasted good was the chicken. I will never revisit this establishment the price alone will never bring me back. This is absurd! Ok here is the details . I went through the drive thru . Order two chicken strips. With gravy and a side of okra. Soo good. The strips are golden . Tasted so good, fluffy crispy outside thick juicy chicken on the inside. Also found out you can order em spicy !!Okra didn't make it home was fresh and crispy
