I just was at this sonic people on the ordering speaker very rude raised his voice at my son didn't get order right now straws for drinks. Waited 10 mins for the extra mayo for the burger I ordered ..... It's so funny that you get the same response on every review from this place its probably not a real person. It's from a computer every time some one writes a review to this place

I ordered a Coke Zero on the mobile app. We waited 15 minutes to get our drink, only to finally have someone come and tell us that they were out of that drink. We ordered a different drink, and the girl never came back with our drink.

Ordered 2 garlic bacon burgers with my order. I got all my order EXCEPT the garlic bacon burgers. What I got was tasteless double pattie burgers with almost nothing on it. And they refuse to answer their phone. Make sure you check your order before you leave

Ordered through the app and they got our order wrong. We didn't realize until we got home, sat down, and went to get our food together. Had to drive all the way back to the restaurant for them to remake it told them they could at least let us keep the burger for the inconvenience but they took it back. Hopefully they won't serve it to another customer or eat it our hands were all over it. Seems like a food safety hazard since it came all the way home with us and was taken back into the restaurant. The car hop seemed very dismissive of my concerns as well. By the time we got my wife's burger and got back home mine was cold and not satisfying at all.
