It has improved to some degree, but the food is still hit or miss. Some days are good some days not so good. Ordered the fish sandwich. My bun was charred on the inside like they just forgot to flip it. I still can taste the charr 20 mins later. Such a shame.

Great burger & tots! Friendly staff. Prices are much less than DQ!!
Sat at bay two pressing the red button for service with no response. It was not until I questioned the car hop that I was told the button was broken. I moved to another bay and questioned the person on the speaker about the button. I was informed that the button "had a mind of its own." The button being broken didn't bother me. Things happen. The fact that at least two employees knew it was broken and did nothing to place a sign or block the bay was ridiculous. The food was good, customer service not so much.

Drove 2 miles off the interstate to eat here. There was 1 car there when we arrived. We ordered our food and waited, and waited, and waited. After 30 minutes we went to the door and said we'd just take a refund of our $. There was no apology, no explanation. Save your time and money and go somewhere where you are valued as a customer.

Also, I asked for onions on my CC and it came with none. I did not leave a tip which is unusual for me but I want service with a smile and not like we annoy her that she has to do her job.

I just left there and the older white car hop lady is RUDE; she snatched my card out my hand, I asked for ketchup for 3 orders of tots and she gave me 6 packets, thank gosh they were small orders. Also, I asked for onions on my CC and it came with none. I did not leave a tip which is unusual for me but I want service with a smile and not like we annoy her that she has to do her job.
