I never imagined I’d be writing this kind of review, but unfortunately, I’ve been unfairly banned from this Subway, and I feel compelled to share my experience. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, moving to Luling just a few years ago. I go to this location to support the local business instead of Loves, which is actually closer to my home. However, today I was informed that I was no longer welcome—without a clear explanation. This was shocking and disappointing, as I have always conducted myself respectfully while dining. Only complaining where my sandwich was incorrectly made. (Which was quite often unfortunately.) I believe this ban was issued based on a misunderstanding, and despite my attempts to request a fair review, I’ve yet to receive a proper response. I understand that restaurants have policies in place, but customers deserve transparency and due process, especially when no wrongdoing has occurred. I genuinely enjoyed this location and I would have loved the chance to resolve this issue amicably. However, given the lack of communication and fairness in handling this matter, I can’t recommend this establishment to others who value respect and customer service. If you’ve had a similar experience, I encourage you to speak up, maybe if enough people speak out something will change, everyone deserves fair treatment. I would be open to mediation withe the owner or district manager to hear my side of events.

I am really sorry that I cannot remember the name of that beautiful woman who served my family and I. She was so kind and sweet and although my English is not very good, she was patient in trying to understand my order. Thank you very much for being such a sweet and efficient employee.

This store has gotten so much better! The manager has done wonders for this location. The food is always good, the employees are always helpful & the restaurant is always clean & well stocked. Very happy with my last few orders & will definitely be back. Keep up the great work!

Ordered 3 foot longs and 1 6 inch and one of the sandwiches they made only had turkey, no cheese no mayo, they forgot every topping. Nothing like a bread and cheese dry sandwich ??♀️

ordered online waited until it said order was ready just to go in and the order wasn’t made because they were out of the bread we selected, no contact or anything to let us know. then when we got in, no one was around so we rang the bell. i’ve heard about this subway being bad but I figured we’d give it a chance, that was a mistake.

I went in for supper tonight and ordered 2 sandwiches, and 1 drink and the cost was $ 26.76. Girl told me that I was able to get a free cookies but she’s said they were all out. It’s was 7:42 in the evening and never should you be out. Takes 20 min to keep them cookies baked and out for sale. I had a tea, bare min came out and had to mix with unsweetened and lemonade to get a full glass.. They never have soup but the container is still in the hot stove. I love soup and sandwiches vs chips. I don’t get it, no one was instore and now you can’t even see the meats because of the big metal lid that is under the glass. Presentation is a must for sandwich shops. For 26$ I could have went to one of the burger or chicken places in town for less money. Very disappointed, I could have stopped in Lockhart to the subway there. They are always fully stocked and volume is plentiful. Very disappointing to have to write this review.

This location is constantly out of items, most notably black olives, and banana peppers, they say that items are discontinued, but the restaurants is Seguin have them. I’ve complained to corporate about this issue and I hope that they get it resolved, otherwise I’m going to continue giving this restaurant horrible reviews.
