The woman how took my order was very professional and kind. You don’t get that a lot these days. I told her I would let management know. She informed me she was management. I told her I would let upper management know. I did not get her name at the Arby’s in Lumberton, Texas I wish I did. Arby’s upper management needs to Give this woman a raise. Very professional and just a good person. Thank you .

Total waste of money, ordered the smokehouse brisket which was one of the most expensive menu items only to get a sad excuse for a sandwich that was about the size of a mcdouble looked nothing at all like the picture and didn't even have the fried onions or roast beef overall terrible and overpriced never coming back
