The store was dirty, ceilings rotting out,(see picture ), No spoons, fake hot fudge no banannas, no soap in bathroom. . People were great. The facility was unacceptable. I won’t be back.

NEVER order here off Doordash. I ordered a Reese's peanut butter cup layered sundae and it came in with the wrong cup, none of the chocolate or caramel and the chunks were so small that i struggled to even find them. Talk about false advertisement! And don't get me started on how rarely they actually make fudge. 2/10 only because my order even came in. Other than that, indoor is a lot better but it still doesn't make up for ordering.

I came here through the drive through and asked for a list of the gluten free options for ice cream. The female worker told me they had NO gluten free options and when I further asked about plain flavors with no add-ins she continued to tell me no options are gluten free.
I decided to leave and went straight to the official website which proceeded to say that all the ice cream is made gluten free. Obviously I know that excludes add-ins such as cookies.
PLEASE educate your employees on what gluten is. I Will not be returning.
For those of you wanting gluten free options, MARBLE SLAB on L.H.S. drive has many gluten free options and a very friendly staff!

We were passing through on a Saturday [August 19, 2023], and I noticed this Baskin Robin's. I remember Baskin Robin's as a kid. I was so excited. My entire family went inside with three other families. The employees were all nice. We enjoyed our treats. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town. Thank you to those two lovely young women who were working behind the counter. You are all doing a great job!!

I was really impressed with the girl at the window because she was taking orders, and having to run the orders outside because the dining room was closed. She was so nice, courteous and patient! Of course the ice cream and latte were good too!

They never have any of the flavors except Vanilla or chocolate or red ribbon… don’t know why they never restock so don’t waste your time here. Might as well go to Dairyqueen
First, the staff is great! I normally drive through for coffee. Today, I decided i would stop in for the first time. It smelled odd in the building. It appeared the staff is working very hard to keep everything tidy. I sat down while waiting on coffee. Looked up! Omg. OMG is an understatement. The entire ceiling is covered in mold. Im not joking almost every tile. This is a huge health hazard to your employees, the food, and customers. I’m extremely mold sensitive. The owner of the building absolutely should be held responsible and fix this immediately. YOU! The business owner should be ashamed for not addressing this. This means that there are mold spores in your food products. Toxic toxic contamination. I sadly won’t be back. And i like your coffee better than starbucks but not worth it. This is not a safe environment at all for anyone. I have never seen a business operate in a building this bad. I hope this business relocates to a CLEAN safe building. This building appears beyond mold remediation.

Went for ice cream. Three scoops and hot fudge on top. Ok. No fudge. No hot fudge. I never been to a ice cream place that doesn't have hot fudge. OMG, NO HOT FUDGE FOR A ICE CREAM TOPPING!!!
