My husband drove all the way from silsbee to get our food . They gave him the wrong bag of food took it back . Gave him the same bag lied about it . He had to turn back again to bring it back because it was cold . Got home and my burger is supposed to be a double meat rodeo burger with extra bacon I paid for and they gave me like one and half strips of bacon with a drop of bbq sauce and no onion rings on it . No seasoning on fries or anything. Everything the last three trips late at night to burger king here is trash . They don't season the fries and they are cold . The night shift people are rude . Service is terrible will not be going back

If you want a good experience come early in the day before 2. The people who work early are always so nice and always make sure my stuff is right. I don’t recommend coming at night. They are slow and always get my food wrong every time.

This place is terrible whether u eat in or take out. The manager is extremely rude and stay on her phone behind the counter and doesnt wash her hands. The staff is rude too!

Lobby completely dirty. Didn't give us the right things we asked for on our burger. Lady who runs the counter started talking about other costumers that had a service animal. Not a very nice place.

Ordered two whoppers, one mayo only (lite) no ketchup or mustard .,one mustard only (lite) no mayo or ketchup. The burgers i received were, one was loaded down with mayo, enough for three burgers. The other had nothing on it. No mustard, mayo or ketchup. I guess next time I’ll order them dry, if there is a next time.
