Sent the wife to get me a fish combo add a fish. This cost me almost 30 bucks. I asked for fried fresh and would wait for it. What i received was fish put back in the oil. The store in Lumberton is bad and I don't normally go there to eat. I go to the one on 105. I am deep disappointed with this store and it will.be my last time there. I know what fried fresh taste like an this wasn't it. Do better Lumberton store. Order was made at 5:53 Sunday January 11th and was a waste of my money!! # 267******* Update Chicken E honored our order and made it right so Thank you to management! Keep it up .

OK, first of all not only is their food really good I mean each time I go it’s perfect, But their customer service is really exceptional too. Today I had Miss Faith. She took my order and she made my day. I mean, I truly give this place five out of five stars if I can give him a 10 out of 10, I would! I mean, this store deserves some real recognition!
