Gave me chicken no skin had a coupon was rung up wrong coupon said 3 pc dark i small mash got 2 pc thigh no skin and one leg cashier wasn't very inviting pulled up to wait had to drive back around to get my order right

I order a 12-piece mixed chicken. I ordered mashed potatoes and fries with it and got coleslaw instead of the fries. Of course I did not find this out until I get home in which I live Beaumont. I open my box to a surprise that there was one piece of chicken in there that was darker than the other. And the breast and wings was extremely dry and hard. I just retired this year from the restaurant management industry. The passion for the business is going down further and further. I guess I have to do like everybody else start checking my food before I leave from here on. What a shame, we used to do so much better. I guess one day we'll have the right people in place, when we have the robots taken our orders.

Ordered an 8 peice got 5 then asked for the correct amount got attitude and window slamed in face !!! 😑 definitely won't be back to churches not hard to count 8 peices of chicken even with 0 education
