The food was okay but I ended up getting a Togo box and walking out because I lost my appetite with how many times the waitress addressed my husband as "sweetheart", "baby", or my least favorite "love" while ignoring the fact that he was having lunch with his wife. Do better than hire ugly wait staff or lose customers because we were both uncomfortable with the situation. I know I won't be coming back. ? I recommend just getting your food to go.

Worst good ever. Had to dig to get a tiny piece of chicken in my enchilada..beef too spicy. Spinach sauce to spicy even when they say it's not. Service outstanding. Good morning to brag about. Don't think we'll be back. Sad things so high ..

Crazy Jose's - Santa Fe style.First time eating here. Reading the menu took me forever... plenty of interesting options. Our waiter, Ryan, was VERY patient and very accommodating, even when I asked for a change. Had to request the green sauce with our chips but was SO glad I did, it was exceptional! Our CREATE YOUR OWN COMBO choices were really good, and the left over containers came with a small bag of extra chips to-go.Great experience, GREAT server, fun atmosphere. We will be back for sure!

The service here is always quick and friendly! While the food is good, it is pretty generic when it comes to Mexican food. If you are in a hurry or need a quick to-go bite, this would be an excellent choice.

What a great experience me and my family had Saturday night while dining. The manager welcomed us at the front door with awesome energy like she really loved her job WOW!! I have never seen someone so happy, friendly and so inviting as this manager was, I think her name was Darleen as I recall, it wasn’t busy and she literally gave my 3 year daughter a job of helping her seat us, she gave her a kids menu to carry and even let my daughter pick any table she wanted. The service was GREAT as well as our server Maya, she was so sweet, pleasant and so attentive to all our dining needs she gave us red napkins and gave us a queso on the house AMAZING. The food was great and came out quickly, props to the chef!! And the manager checked back with us to see how we were doing, most places we’ve dinned at you don’t even see the manager at all, this was the first time we’ve ever had a manager check on us, she’s awesome and very good at her job. I’m sorry there wasn’t a 10 star to choose from so I had to leave 5 stars. This manager and server made our stay so inviting and welcome. We will return before heading home.

Despite the Google Reviews and the 4 ⭐️ Rating. I'm here right now. You get a red napkin for 1st time guest, a free small Queso, free chips and salsa. I got the Large Cj's Nachos. The service was great. I meet the new GM I give Cj's a 5⭐️ I will Definitely be back for a 2nd time.
After eating here yesterday both me and my boyfriend have been puking our guts out. We both have extremly sore throats and headaches. Either someone is sick working there or we got food poisoning. These symptoms started about 5 minutes after we finished eating.
When we went, they were out of taco meat and queso. The water tasted horrible like the filtration system hadn't been tended to in a very long time. About half of the chips were crushed into small pieces. This restaurant appears to be closing permanently before long.
The food was excellent and the atmosphere wasn't bad, it was nice and mellow. But the service was trash, and we kept having to get other servers to refill our drinks because our server was nowhere to be found. She didn't clear any empty dishes from the table throughout the entire meal.

The atmosphere here is great, antique gas pump, automobile, and racing memorabilia as well as some other antiques. Service is usually quick and courteous. This was always a cheaper option, so quality suffers a bit, in my opinion, but it's not terrible. Prices recently went up, but still reasonable and on par with the quality of food.

03/18/20237:25 pmWalked in the door and very few people were in the dining room. The hostess was missing and we had to wait. The waiter took our drink order. He brought our drinks to us in passing and said here is your water, I will be back. No straws. He disappeared and worked a larger table in the back. Meanwhile, multiple servers walked by us with their backs turned. We decided to leave after several minutes of being ignored. On the way out we were told to have a good evening as if we had stayed and eaten. I can see why they are handing out coupons for buy 1 entree and get 1 entree free.
ATTENTION CORPORATE !!!!Chips and hotsauce were delicious when we finally got them. Everything else was just awful. Order took 50minutes to get to us. One had a hair in it, 2 of them, the sour cream sauce was spoiled. They said it took so long because they were so busy, but there were only 2 other tables with people. They were very apologetic . If all you want is chips and salsa, and you have time to waste, this is your place. As for our group....never again.
Had lunch here today. I don't know what happened to Crazy Jose's food but, this was 70 dollars worth of the nastiest food I've ever tried (and failed) to eat. We left, we were afraid it would make our family ill. Will never be back. Very sad, used to love this place.
Overall crazy Jose's it's a decent place to dine. We've been going here for years haven't changed much on the menu. Value-wise they're probably the best in town always sending out coupons and they have no time limit on how long they're good for. Have a lunch menu quite a few good options. They're queso was pretty decent.
Parking: Lots of parking right beside the restaurant.
Ordered the CJ Tamales with queso ontop, couldn't even eat the rice. Rice was hard, and all clumped up like it had been over cooked, or at the bottom of the pot maybe. The tamales tasted horrible. Could only take a small bite of them. Even tried to add salsa ontop and couldn't get that nasty taste out of my mouth. Only thing good was the beans on the plate. So that's all I ate, along with the Cj special bean tostidas. We also got the CJ Special. The cheese enchilada was overcooked and the cheese was hard. Also the tamale on that, with chili ontop tasted horrible. The rice was also hard, and clumped up.Not sure if the tamales changed there, but they sure are horrible tasting, kinda like a pepto bismol type taste or chemical type taste.Wouldn't recommend this place if you like tamales. Definitely won't be back anytime soon.
