I had a really frustrating experience at the Domino’s in Lumberton today. I called my order in at 5:00 PM while leaving Beaumont — my phone clearly shows the call on caller ID, and we talked for about 2–3 minutes.
When I arrived, they were completely confused and said there was no pizza and that I never called, which is simply not true.
I decided to reorder, but since I was already at the drive-thru window, I was told I’d have to park and come inside. Apparently they can take phone orders (even though mine got lost), but they can’t take an order at the window after already messing it up. That makes zero sense.
After already wasting enough time, I wasn’t about to park and go inside to start over. Maybe the confusion was due to the employee’s very strange-looking contact lenses blocking her vision and hearing, because the whole interaction was completely disconnected from reality. Either way, I won’t be returning to this location.

This store doesn't take online orders for some reason. Every time I try it fails, but if I use the app at a different Domino's store, it works. Call the IT, guy. If I can't use the online coupons Domino's is just as expensive as P-Hut and Papa Johns.

Your new website is crap. I can't add ANY deals/items. It keeps telling me that I'm not finished building my deal. BS!! I've read ALL of the stipulations and my selections meet ALL of them!! Fix your damn system! And provide a damn phone number. I am hungry NOW and do not have time for a stupid email response. There are way too many pizza options that exist now for you to start pissing customers off. I have NEVER, in FOUR DECADES had an issue ordering from Domino's. I called my local store and they said I was SOL and oh, well! And then the MANAGER gave me a bogus contact number for Domino's! Can't get any crappier than that.

I genuinely find this place one of my top eats especially for pizza if you want it done quickly with superb quality 🥲, not to mention the fact of the price for it especially during these times. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend 🤌

Tried to order pizza Friday 08/25 the tracker was not working so after 20 mins we drove to pick up our order. They told us to drive home and come back 30-35 mins. Over a hour and 2 trips?? Been to Dominoes all over the state and the Lumberton location has the absolute worst staff and service. This place is absolute garbage, never again
