This store should be shut down!
I went through the drive-thru, they took my order and then took my money and tried to hand me someone else's order. Then proceeded to tell me that my order was never entered in. I was already late for work from waiting in line for nothing, so I had to leave and now they won't refund my money either.. Say I have to come back to the store. The customer service line doesn't breathe in English and will not help with the issue either. I guess I'll go back to the store after work!

The staff at this location are always on point! 🎯 They are fast but most importantly they get my order right. I’m not sure what happened but Dunkin has picked up in quality and customer service 10 fold thanks to Ms. Jessica. Same coffee I always order used to taste a bit sour. Now tastes brand new, fresh, and flavorful. And super friendly workers always serving you with a smile.

Who keeps this place in business??? Ordered online only to wait in line for 20 mins. Park go inside, they have MOLD leaking all out of their celling!!! It’s leaking everywhere in the building, you can no joke see the mold spots. Food is disgusting my breakfast bagel sandwich is rock hard. The coffee taste like crap. I mean how can you mess up a hot pumpkin spice coffee? Should have just made breakfast at home $15 just threw straight in the garbage. Health department needs to be contacted over this establishment. Disgusting

🚨 Hey Dunkin’ Lumberton… Do Better. 🚨

I’m a teacher. This morning I waited in a long line with my daughter. Every second counts when you have to drop your kid off and get to school early.

When I finally got to the window, my food and drink were already made… but you told me you “couldn’t break the bill.”

So after all that waiting? Sorry my kid is hungry. Sorry this was my only chance to get breakfast before work. Sorry I’ve been a loyal customer for years. Out of luck.

Wouldn’t the smart—and NICE—thing to do have been to give me the food and drink that was ready, and let me pay later with smaller bills or when you could break the money?

So much for teacher appreciation… and for supporting local and teachers.

This store has gone down so much! Today, 8/3/25 at the Lumberton location the girl working the window was wearing a hoodie with a picture of marijuana on it. I ordered ahead on the app as usual and it still was a long wait, when the store only had one other customer. The staff now acts like they are bothered to wait on you. I don't know if there is new management it what but it has drastically dropped low for about the last 4 months.

I like the convenience of coming here early in the morning. I usually get 2 bagels w/cream cheese and 2 Carmel frozen medium. It cost $17 and some change. Now it's over $20 my daughter thinks I'm being a Karen but that is $60 more a month. Not sure what's up probably Joe Biden.

This place is clean and the staff here is very friendly. We like to swing by here a few times to get breakfast and get a nice cup of coffee. No complaints from me. Wpuld recommend.

I stopped here in passing by and there was a little bit of wait. Once I got my order and drove off, my breakfast sandwich was slightly burnt and my frozen coffee with caramel tasted like ice and cream literally. It was very clumpy as well. If I would have had time to turn around and take both back I would’ve for sure. The workers were nice, which is always appreciated, but ultimately, I wanted what I paid for to be good as well.
