This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I arrived at 1:37 PM and didn’t even get my order taken until 2:12 PM. While I stood there waiting, multiple couples who arrived after me were seated, ordered full meals, and served before me.

What made it worse was the complete lack of concern. No apology. No explanation. No update. Nothing. I was treated like my time didn’t matter at all.

When a business can watch a customer wait that long and say absolutely nothing, it says a lot. After reading through other negative reviews and seeing no responses from management, it feels clear that customer concerns just aren’t a priority here.

I wanted to enjoy this place, but the service ruined the entire experience. I won’t be back, and I can’t recommend it to anyone who expects basic courtesy and respect.

First in order one hamburger and was the last served 8 people came after me bad service never come back

$31 for triple cheeseburger with 4 onion rings not even a serving size of those. WOW ripoff. Lesson learned

Very bland chile cheese burger and chile cheese fries

We ordered cheeseburgers with a side of cheese fries. The fries were made way ahead of time and by the time burgers were ready the cheese fries were cold and soggy. Burgers were good but will skip cheese fries from now on.

Onion rings were old, tough and cold… Burger was good. One of the girls is sick and should be at home, not around the food coughing over everything… Lumberton needs to take some lessons from the Beaumont location, that one is On Point every time, BUT, we will be back lol.

Just watched two extremely rude women yelling at the cashiers for something I couldn't hear, but it made me mad enough to leave a review since I've never had a bad experience eating here. The service is good and the food is delicious (I pay the same price here as I do at Whataburger and get a much higher quality meal). Overall a very solid restaurant and I genuinely hope anyone reading this remembers to not make an ass of themselves yelling at employees:)

We really like the food at Hamburger Depot. The burgers are delicious, the onion rings are awesome but the service has always been hit or miss. Also, since everything is sold separately, no combos like burger, fries, drink, it makes it quite expensive so we only go there occasionally.

Clean friendly and fast service

They must have had a rush hour, they needed to stock and clean some of their areas frequented by the public. Like the fountain machine, straws, tables, etc.
